Very nice little hotel with a comfortable room, very good shower, soft drinks included and very friendly service. Excellent location next to Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio. Easy arrival with taxi to the inner courtyard.

Super strategically located. Walking distance to everywhere. The room is cozy, clean and spacious, toilet is also good (except shampoo not provided)
We booked 2 rooms, one of the room, heating isn’t working well. Even though hot air came out from the “air conditioning”, we still felt cold. Spoke to staff, she came to room and show us hot air came out, the machine works. But the reality is we are all cold. The other room is perfectly fine and warm.
