Good location and comfortable room

The decor was wonderful and the bedroom and bathroom were a generous size and well-appointed. The situation is a little tricky - you can't get a taxi to the door - but the location is amazing, the bar overlooking Piazza Signoria.
The samovar (as described in the hotel blurb) was beautiful, but never hot....and to get to Reception, even though there is a lift there are a few steps.

The room was nicely appointed with a nice sized bathroom and shower. Staff was very nice and accommodating , especially the gal who appeared to run the breakfast room. The location was great ( once we found the entrance).
Bathroom could have used some counter space for toiletries, makeup, hair utensils etc. Two small tabletops were provided.
