Localização e limpeza
Tive dificuldades com a água quente e que a camareira me ajudou a resolver. Se não fosse ela teria que tomar banho frio. Dafne muito prestativa. Só tive este problema com a pressão e temperatura da água.

Good position at the very centre of Florence. They offered a voucher for coffee and a croissant at a beautiful bar (Rivore) in Piazza della Signoria. The staff was polite, helpful and accommodating.
I was expecting a better room and amenities given the price of the room. There was no shampoo and no vanity kit. Moreover, there is an elevator that people need to properly close and it happened that the elevator got stuck and we had to climb 4 floors of stairs, so it is not an ideal place for people with limited mobility or health issues.
