Very central and close to all the sights of Florence. Only negative was how much we could hear the other guests at night

Very clean room and great location

Not very sound proof and had trouble sleeping due to loud neighbour guests both nights. Could hear everything from each room. Hard if you are a light sleeper. If not great accommodation

A bit pricey for what it offers.

Good position at the very centre of Florence. They offered a voucher for coffee and a croissant at a beautiful bar (Rivore) in Piazza della Signoria. The staff was polite, helpful and accommodating.

I was expecting a better room and amenities given the price of the room. There was no shampoo and no vanity kit. Moreover, there is an elevator that people need to properly close and it happened that the elevator got stuck and we had to climb 4 floors of stairs, so it is not an ideal place for people with limited mobility or health issues.

The room needed better and more comfortable pillows and an espresso pod machine.

Fantastic location!

The accommodation is in a fantastic location, right in the city center and within walking distance to all the main attractions. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage in the building, which was very convenient and allowed us to enjoy the city without dragging our bags around before our train. Vanesa, the host, was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was the breakfast voucher for Rivoire - we received it in the room, but after ordering 2 coffees and 2 croissants, we still had to pay an extra €12. It might be better to have breakfast elsewhere.

Great amenities and great location!

The host Vanesa was amazing - so kind and helpful! There are also great amenities here with a shared kitchen, washing machine, iron, fridge, etc. The room was small and simple but just what we needed for 2 nights in Florence. The location was perfect, so easy to walk to everywhere you need to go in Florence!

Everything was great but the room probably needs a deep clean. Small amount of old dirt on ceilings with a slight smell to the room but not bad enough that it caused any issues.

Dissatisfied

Location

We were not informed that scaffolding would surround our property and we had no views. Unfortunately to add to this we caught a builder peeping through while we got changed. It was our honeymoon and we got two single beds when we paid for a double bed. We informed the property but they stated this is the right room. My legs didn’t fit on the bed and I had to hang them off the beds additionally squeaked and creaked all night by a sudden movement. This unfortunately was not value for money.

Cute apartment in central location

The location was extremely perfect, couple of minutes walk from everything. The access to the room was very easy, and the communication with the host went very smooth as well. The room was nice and clean and also the bathroom. The common areas were beautifully decorated, and were very cozy.

We feel cheated by the operator!

The location is very good

The fact that no one told us that the building had scaffolding around it meaning that the view from our window (including to the loggia mercato nouvo) was blocked and the room had no daylight. Very disappointing. If the operator informed us of this we would not have stayed here. :-(

I liked how centrally-located the hotel is. I also liked that it has a shared kitchen. The staff friendly and very helpful.

The windows weren't totally sound proof so we could hear some sounds from the street. This wasn't a huge deal since the streets quiet down relatively early. I also wish there had been cutlery in the kitchen to prepare snacks and such. Maybe I was just unable to find them.

Location, location, location! In front of the new market, with a Veshy local in the corner. Communication with Vanessa was amazing, always on the top of we needed. Breakfast coupons a great plus!

It was very pleased accommodation and above my expectations!

The location was perfect. It was easy to walk everywhere (2-3 minutes to the Uffizi, 10 minutes to the train station) and was in a safe location. The facility was reliable and felt like home. Everything we were looking for was available. (kitchen, washing machine etc.) There was a television with access to Netflix and the wi-fi was fast. Dafne helped us with everything and we were able to contact her at any time. Before checking in, we were provided with a place to leave our bags, so we could travel comfortably. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and towels were clean. The view from our room was overlooking Fontana del Porcellino and the market. There was no noise from outside, we were able to sleep quietly and comfortably at night. For breakfast, you can get coffee and croissants from a nearby cafe. What we bought there was also delicious. Overall, we were very pleased. I would recommend it to everyone.

A towel hanger can be provided in the bathroom. There can be cups for tea and coffee in room.

Great experience in the heart of Florence!

Excelent location, just one step and you are in Piazza Della Signoria! The rooms are clean and the air conditioned works very well, especially that we visited in a hot period (34 Celsius degrees). Dafne was very helpful and gave us information on the self check in and also helped a lot at our departure since the taxi was not coming. Also, it was a nice touch the voucher for an Italian breakfast (pastry and coffee) at Cafe Rivoire, facing Palazzo Vecchio.

Lovely quiet apartment on 4th floor, very central, very recently renovated. Good AC. Shared kitchen/diner with washing machine. Located on narrow street off piazza della signoria. Highly recommend for ambulant guests.

Rented room with accessible bathroom. Unfortunately this building is not suitable at all for wheelchair users though we had stated one guest in wheelchair. . Step at door. Lift too narrow for chair. Step down into apt.step up into kitchen

Fantastic location in the heart of Florence!

Excellent location within very short walking distance to Ufizzi Gallery. The front door is also right outside a famous gelateria. Dafne was so friendly and made check in effortless, she was also easy to contact if we needed something throughout our stay, always replying promptly to messages. The room was serviced daily and kept very clean. We loved that there was a washing machine in the common area which saved trips to the laundromat. It was an easy 14 minute walk to the Florence train station which we did a number of times during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Florence.

The only downside was there was no access to an iron so we had no choice but to go out in creased clothing. Note for people who haven’t left for Italy yet - bring a travel iron, no accommodation seems to have one. The common area fridge may also need labels for each room as items we had placed in there were taken by, we assume, other guests!

Molto consigliato!

Struttura in pieno centro a Firenze e molto comoda perché circondata da negozi, bar, ristoranti e pasticcerie. A due passi da piazza della Repubblica, gli Uffizi e le altre attrazioni turistiche in zona. L’host si è dimostrata molto gentile e precisa nel darci le informazioni relative al nostro soggiorno. Ci é stata anche offerta la colazione per due giorni (caffé+brioche) presso la pasticceria Rivoire (che consigliamo caldamente). La camera è confortevole e il letto molto comodo.

L’unica cosa da rivedere è la doccia che, purtroppo, aveva un getto d’acqua molto debole e la temperatura oscillava tra calda e fredda frequentemente.

Doskonała lokalizacja, szybkie zdalne zameldowanie. Doskonały kontakt z Dafne. Krok po kroku pomagała nam zameldować się oraz szybko odpowiadała na zapytania. Pokój jest dosłownie w centrum atrakcji. Widok na słynnego dzika. Wszędzie blisko. Dobrej jakości ręczniki. W apartamencie wspólna duża kuchnia, pralka. Wygodne łóżka. Winda. Czajnik w pokoju, herbata, kawa. W strefie wspólnej kubeczki, sztućce itd.

Spaliśmy dwie noce. Pierwsza upłynęła cicho, bo byliśmy sami, w drugą noc już było słychać przez cienkie ściany innych gości. Wystawiam ocenę 8 bo można dopracować szczegół:)) pokój ma potencjał być ocenianym na 9-10.

La estancia está muy bien ubicada, muy céntrica, además la estancia es tranquila y descansas a gusto, lo recomiendo ampliamente, además fueron súper flexibles a la hora del check-in, Vanesa en todo tiempo estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades

Que la ducha es muy pequeña y la cabecera de la cama es muy ruidosa, no se puede hacer el delicioso como uno quisiera

Ci vogliamo complimentare prima di tutto con la ragazza che ci ha accolto in struttura gentilissima che ci ha spiegato per filo e per segno ogni cosa anche riguardante la stanza del B&B per altro molto bella pulita confortevole grande e silenziosa nonostante stessimo sulla via più frequentata. Siamo stati benissimo zona centrale infine voucher per la colazione gentilmente offerti dal b&b insomma ci torneremo spero presto e ancora grazie

Guten Schlaf findet man hier nicht!

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage sehr zentral. Man erreicht alles fix.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Hier könnte nach gebessert werden. Auch das ein Kühlschrank einfach so auf dem Boden steht, eher weniger chic. Warmwasser benötigt Zeit und Wasserdruck auch eher gering. Die Wände zu den Nachbarzimmern sind dünn - man hört fremde husten und schnarchen. Direkt nebenan ist ein schöner alter Markt, habe mich erst darüber gefreut. ABER: morgens wird hier mit Krach der Markt aufgebaut. Ab sechs Uhr morgens ist man wach. Am Abend singen dort Sänger. Manchmal nur bis zehn, manchmal bis Mitternacht. Also wer mit Lärm beim schlafen Probleme hat, der findet hier auch maximal sechs Stunden Schlaf. Isolierte Fenster könnten hier helfen. Das sollte man für sich schlicht beachten. Lärmbelästigung und Ausstattung rechtfertigen somit nicht den Preis. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt leider nicht :(
