    They provided complimentary breakfast for us, and it was tasty. The location is also fantastic, just 3 mins from the train station. However, there is one thing I would like to suggest: the lights in the room are really dim. Even when I turn on all of them, it is still hard to see things clearly.

    Hotel itself was fine. I've used the parking garage for my rental car which was informed by the hotel. The issue was that the parking garage guy charged 40 euro per day instead of 30 euro which was also informed by the hotel receptionist. I parked 2 nights, he charged 80 euro to me. When I complained it, he canceled 80 euro then charged 60. I couldn't believe this kind of fraud.

    Hotel is located literally 2 mins walk from SMN station which makes travelling very convenient. The rooms facing the tram are noisy, when asked the staff, they were kind enough to accommodate us in the room that was quiet. Good value for money. Recommended.

    Upon arriving I was asked to check-in at another hotel (which was right beside this hotel) saying that they are fully booked and assured me that the next door hotel is still under the same company/management? At that next door hotel, I was given a room that is like an attic (with 2 tiny windows that is placed on the top part of the wall) and next to my room there is a renovation work going. The water pressure for the shower is also quite bad. Its a good thing that I only need to stay for one night and there is a bath tub. Overall, its not a pleasant experience that I would like to go through especially after a long travel
