    Solid boutique hotel close to the Florence train station. Perfect for travelers who come in by train and have a lot of luggage. It’s a slight walk into the old town but doable. Area is a bit quiet and may feel slightly sketchy if you walk around at night. Otherwise service was top notch, breakfast was good (in a beautiful sunlit room), room was clean and comfortable. Vibe of the hotel was nice and cozy. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

    The location by the station was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent - the staff were so welcoming in the restaurant. If I go back to Florence I’d stay there again.

    Upon arriving I was asked to check-in at another hotel (which was right beside this hotel) saying that they are fully booked and assured me that the next door hotel is still under the same company/management? At that next door hotel, I was given a room that is like an attic (with 2 tiny windows that is placed on the top part of the wall) and next to my room there is a renovation work going. The water pressure for the shower is also quite bad. Its a good thing that I only need to stay for one night and there is a bath tub. Overall, its not a pleasant experience that I would like to go through especially after a long travel
