Great location, clean, quite fresh.
There is no physical reception so I couldn’t leave my bags before 11:30. I guess that’s not a big problem but good to know. Toilet flush was a bit broken.
The biggest disappointment was that I couldn’t access the garden. I also thought that the jacuzzi is for everyone to use but both garden and the jacuzzi was a part of only one apartment. I missed that information.

The location is great. Walking distance to many places.
There’s no one around. Needed more teabags and no one to be found. We were there 3 nights and the rooms were never cleaned nor towels change

This apartment is very comfortable, cosy and convenient. All what I need are there. The location is close to everywhere. The traffic is very convenient. Out side is busy and noisy, but inside the door is very quiet. I can easily sleep. I will come back here next year. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here during the days to visit Florence.

Very good location across the train station and 7 min walk from the center,
The garden was nice
We stayed for 4 nights and they didn’t even came to change the trash nor the towels. We had to use our own bags and leave them in the yard.
The Michelangelo room we stayed in was extremely small and we didn’t have any space for our luggage
