    Great hotel just outside the old town, located infront of the train staion (SNM), close to public transportation. Staff were amazing, room have enough space not lole other european hotels in this proce level.

    The moment you exit from the station you saw this hotel. It’s amazingly convenient for a quick stopover. Room is huge! Bed is comfortable, I slept here the best throughout the journey. Breakfast was fine :) it was a nice stay! Florence stay is expensive, it took me alot of time to find one reasonably priced. I’m glad it turned out fine.

    I chose to stay at this hotel for a 3-night trip because I had a great experience here in the past. Unfortunately, this recent stay was very disappointing, and the room standards have drastically declined. To give credit where it is due, the staff here are lovely. The breakfast team is incredibly friendly, and the front desk staff did their best to be helpful and accommodate our requests given the circumstances. However, the recurring facility issues ruined the comfort of our stay. On our first night, we were assigned Room ***, which was a handicap-accessible room with a walk-in shower and no bathtub. The toilet drainage was completely blocked, causing the bathroom to flood when we showered. The front desk sent someone to clear the chokage after we complained so that we could at least bathe, but the drainage remained incredibly slow. The water pressure was also very low, and the room had a strong, musty smell. Because the hotel was fully booked, the front desk team couldn't move us until the next day. Unfortunately, our second room, Room ***, wasn't much better: Poor Drainage: Just like the first room, the drainage here was incredibly slow. The water would pool up to ankle-deep while taking a shower. Dangerous Bathtub Setup Unlike Room ***, this room had a bathtub, but there were absolutely no anti-slip measures inside it. Combined with the pooling water, it was extremely slippery and genuinely dangerous to stand in. Severe Traffic Noise The room faces the tram line outside, and the noise isolation is practically non-existent. The traffic noise from the trams will absolutely keep you awake—it was impossible to sleep without wearing noise-canceling earphones. Location Tip The hotel's proximity to the train station is a big plus. However, if you have heavy luggage, do not use the exit on the left, as you will have to carry your bags down a flight of stairs. Instead, take the slightly longer route out through the main station exit and walk around. While the service team genuinely tries their best, the property itself is plagued with plumbing and noise issues. What used to be a reliable choice has turned into a highly uncomfortable experience, and I will not be returning.
