    While I enjoyed the hotel's room, location, and helpful front desk staff, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with housekeeping. Twice during my 3-night stay, staff ignored my "Do Not Disturb" sign, knocked, and opened my room door anyway. The first time it happened I informed the front desk staff but it happened again. This compromised my privacy and made me feel unsafe. I expect a "Do Not Disturb" sign to be strictly respected, and I hope management takes immediate steps to correct this behavior.

    I had a great time at this hotel! The location is excellent - it’s literally right in front of the station and about a 15-20 walk from all the main tourist sites. I also didn’t have any issue with sound even though it was right outside the station. I booked a double room and it was large and very comfortable. Staff were excellent and gave some good recommendations for Firenze as well. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet - there was a big spread, including savoury options as well. However, it was the same on day 2 also, so that got a little boring. There’s an €8 happy hour in the evenings!

    The blankets with a lot of blood 🩸, website said there is mini bar, but our room haven’t get one. No fridge to use. The shower always flooding to the outside. Told the staffs on the desk, they said they don’t care and let me write in the review. Very upset about the service and also the terrible hygiene.
