An absolute gem of a B&B - we loved it! Very clean and comfortable with a lovely feel and a view of the edge of Santo Spirito square. The property has been beautifully and sympathetically renovated. Despite being so close to the square and a lot of cafes and restaurants, it was surprising quiet - just enough of the buzz to make you remember where you are but calm enough to relax. The owner is very welcoming and helpful too. We definitely plan to return!
There was nothing we didn't like, it suited us perfectly. But it's worth noting that the B&B is up 2 flights of stairs (54 steps!) and there is no lift. This didn't impact us at all but it might be difficult for others.

Air conditioned rooms, which helped during the warm days we were there. Furthermore we had everything we could think of in our own room or the breakfast room to get something to drink for example.

Elizabetta gave us a very warm welcome and on our first morning a comprehensive list of places to visit along with a great map. Elizabetta provided a good selection of breakfast items, including bread, cereals, fruit, yoghurts, cheeses and meats. Also, a good variety of drinks including a selection of teas, coffees and fruit juice.
