Location was perfectly situated next to all the areas we wanted to visit. The taxi from the airport was pleasant and drove us as closely as possible to the guestroom. Entering was a bit of a challenge but overall our stay was pleasant and exceeded our expectations! Will be returning!
I did not like how I needed to set an appointment for check in. Also, having to open our door from the inside of the room. We tried asking reception through text about Wifi and we didn't get a response.

Amazing location, very close to everything in the center of the city
The internet never worked and it’s necessary because the mobile signal is very bad inside the building. Also a light with sensor in the entrance of the room was the whole night turning on and off, it was very annoying.

Location is good within walking distance to the main square and right next to Ponte Veccia bridge. Daniella was awesome.
The room seemed to be just ok with low quality furniture and no place to set our luggage so it was on the floor. The bathroom smelled and the water delivery system was very noisy. However the worst thing is the loud music blasting from the bar/restaurant outside the window from noon to midnight every day. Is was horrible and made it almost impossible to sleep.
