Location and staff
Scents used to clean the room. We are allergic to perfume like scents and the room and main area were scented

The location and balcony were absolutely amazing. The hotel was clean, the hosts were so kind and friendly. The room is beautiful.
The bathroom, though fully functional, was quite small, we wish we would have had a kettle to make tea or coffee and black out curtains would have made sleeping in easier. The mattress on one side dipped in the middle which wasn’t ideal.

Great location a few steps from Pontevecchio and very near to city centre
Noisy plumbing

Location
To get up to the apartment it was dark. The bathroom smelled like sewer, which I get being so old. The toilet was a pump style- worse than an old boat. The pump was loud and went off every hour. The bed was a broken down futon with scratchy sheets. It was not comfortable. Definitely the worst stay in Italy so far.
