The location was absolutely perfect! It was just a block or two from the Pointe Vecchio! Easy to access and very spacious.
There were very small inconveniences with the room. Nothing that would deter me from coming back but little things that could be fixed.
The shower drain top was not secure and came off if you stepped on it while showering. And the rain shower faucet was not working so you had to use the handheld. Every time you turned the cold water on a loud pump sound happened and it was very obnoxious. Lastly, like many stays in Europe, your key card powered most of the room and AC. However there was a mini fridge in the room, and this function made it useless to use. The fridge was actually unplugged when we arrived.

Fijne plek tegenover Palazzo Pitti. In de wijk Oltrarno.Een ruime schone kamer, comfortabel bed en cozy aankleding
-De regendouche deed het niet;de omzettingsknop van handdouche naar regendouche werkte niet. Ik heb daar melding van gemaakt via “mijn Whatsapp- contact” die mij berichten stuurde over het in-en uitchecken. Maar ik las in eerdere recensies ook al meldingen over de doucht die het niet deed ,in april en vorig jaar november,dus het probleem is na een halfjaar nog steeds niet opgelost. Dat vind ik niet goed.
-Dat er niemand aanwezig is bij het inchecken ,zeker als je gewoon overdag aankomt. Het is wel fijn als er “een gezicht” gekoppeld is aan de locatie,vind ik

Ubicación muy buena, limpieza excelente. Alojamiento muy cómodo . Comunicación muy efectiva ya que no tuvimos contacto con ninguna persona pero no tuvimos ningún problema .
Un tema importante que nos ocurrió es que al tener una puerta que comunica a otra habitación, si les toca en la habitación de al lado unos huéspedes ruidosos se escucha bastante al no tener paredes muy gruesas ...
Aclarar un poco mas el ingreso ya que esta como en un entrepiso y uno tiende a subir por ascensor.
