Like a fairytale

Like living in a fairy tale. This room takes you to another era. The amenities were absolutely satisfactory. Our room had two beds which were absolutely comfortable. The location is amazing next to palazzo pitti and close to everything. The staff is absolutely friendly, willing to help you with anything you need. The breakfast is royal. I recommend it unreservedly.

Stunning! Exceptional accommodation, romantic, luxurious, felt like a princess!

From booking to departing, I can honestly say this is the best place I have stayed in my life. The location is perfect, in a quieter part of Florence but walking distance to everything. The room was spectacular! So beautiful, absolutely huge - 2 bedrooms, a lounge area, bathroom, another bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a sauna, balcony. We were both so blown away by this accommodation. Staff were incredible, so helpful, showing us around the room, sending a surprise birthday cake for my partner, champagne on arrival. I cannot recommend this place enough and we are definitely coming back.

My suite was the most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was amazing and that staff were lovely and kind. The location is excellent because you are of walking distance to everything.

Our stay at the Pitti was the highlight of our trip

The customer service. We were made to feel like VIP’s/movie stars. The location in front of the Pitti Palace is epic. The Andromeda suite, with its frescos, spa, bathrooms, and sauna shower were fabulous.

Wonderful, best place in Florence

Everything was great. If I could rate it 11 I would. Staff was incredible. Breakfast was delicious. The place was perfect for a family with young children. We will come back for sure. Excellent value. Very quiet at night. Plenty nice spots (Gelateria, trattoria, etc) around and the Ponte Vechio is only 2 minutes away.

We had to leave before breakfast to catch an early flight, but the night before our departure we returned to our room to find a wonderful breakfast, beautifully laid out, with yogurt, fruit and pastries ready for our early morning departure. We appreciated this kind gesture very much.

Historical property. Loved the location and my enormous room looked out directly at Pitti Palace. Colors in my room were wonderful. Good air conditioning and good assortment of TV channels. Excellent bathroom facilities, robe and slippers provided. Very quiet, pleasant environment. Lovely staff.

A little disappointed to see the fabric draperies and pillow shams need to be cleaned, which was off putting when I first arrived. The bed and bed linens were good quality, however one of the pillow cases was well worn.

I would stay again if I returned to Florence

It was centrally located and close to all key sights and restaurants. Airconditioning was excellent for our hot days. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Epoque immersion in the historical with all the modern amenities.

This boutique property is amazing. We were surrounded in our room by 15th century frescos yet it was filled with all the modern conveniences. The property is perfectly situated across from Pitti Palace and just a short walk to Ponte Vecchio. But the real charms are the artisan shops off the beaten path behind the property and elsewhere in Florence. We truly enjoyed our visit and expect to be back soon.

We had a problem with the hot water, but it was quickly resolved and the hotel provided an even better room to shower in until the hot water was fixed.

Best location / Authentic huge Room

Our room was so amazing. We had the only balcony over looking the Pitti Palace where we watched the world go by.(a little noisy at times but we loved it) The staff were super helpful & the room was always clean. We loved the quieter more authentic location in San Spirito where we also did a Walks Devour Food & Wine Tour which was one of the favorite things we did. Restaurants right beneath us & Pitti Palace & Bolboli Gardens directly opposite our hotel Only 15min into see the Duomo etc which was so busy we were glad to come back to the Pitti Palace We highly recommend our stay

Spacious room and bathroom; excellent location!

The two rooms was great, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The location was excellent.. right across from the Pitti Palace! And close walk to all the restaurants and main attractions! I would come back here again for sure!!

The fact that the room was right by the reception desk so it was not private enough for us. Also not soundproof as we could hear the other people in the next room and in the hallway.

Very different hotel, in a good way. Like sleeping in a museum. Breakfast was only available from 10:00 AM, which was weird. Found a very nice place 3 minutes' walk from there.

Amazing

Location was absolutely superb but it was wonderful its a place with view on Pitty palace and inside it was so much “Florence “ wonderful paintings and Comfortable beds , spa was absolutely lovely , we all say we wish we could stay longer . Ginevra and Letizia was so helpful and kind , I truly recommend .

Gorgeous apartment and great location

Very beautiful apartment, gorgeous fresco decoration and stylish curtains; very nice and helpful staff, lovely and good breakfast. We love this apartment; Great location , a lot of restaurants and shops are around, only about 10 to 15 minutes walking to reach the most historical sightseeing. The Palazzo Pitti is just in the opposite of the hotel

Stunning stay

Beautiful building and room - truly stunning. Great location in the best neighbourhood. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Appreciated them setting up a crib for our baby.

Slightly dated facilities which is to be expected, for example the shower was blocked and flooding the bathroom to begin with but they sorted this for us.

Beautiful experience in the best neighborhood

What a special place! It’s even more beautiful than the photos and located directly in Piazza Pitti, one of Florence’s most exclusive neighborhoods. The staff and owners were welcoming and engaging. They also provided good recommendations for nearby restaurants. We will definitely return.

Big apartment with comfort, hot tub and great location

The apartment was really spacious and comfortable in a great location opposite the Pitti Palace and very close to Ponte Vecchio and Boboli Gardens. Some reviews stated they could not work the large hot tub - the plug needs to be up near the top to seal, not pressed down like normal- in the hot weather we ended up using it as a cool tub! Really good feature. The kids loved the fact their room had 2 double beds and ours was excellent. Intriguing decoration throughout and easy access 24/7, would thoroughly recommend. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

It is south of the river and most sights are north, so bear in mind is some walking - can be a challenge at 37 degrees centigrade! Given the heat free water could have been supplied each day rather than just say 1 - not a big deal as cheap and easy to buy bottled water.

Beautiful, historical space in an amazing location

We loved everything about our stay. The host is amazing, the beds are comfortable, the location is perfect. We loved being in such a special and historical place.

The only thing I would change is that you had to go through the bedrooms to get to the bathrooms. We are a close family but not that close ; We were able to make it work and it was a minor detail. Loved this hotel and would definitely come back.
