It was very good located
It was unclean and there are a lot of creepers in there. Would advice any women to only stay in the female rooms.

It's a very cool location as it is an old convent and close to the river. Multiple bathrooms available, good fully equipped kitchen available. Good lockers with charging within them, cool bunk beds with good steps available for the top bunk.
It doesn't feel safe for women at all, there are mainly men there and a lot of truckers that drank a lot. I had a bad experience with a drunk man in my roomarea during the night and felt very unsafe and the receptionist only told me that they would talk to him later and that that's why you should book a female dorm(which is more expensive).

This is a very interesting hostel in a central location. The rooms are gigantic, providing plenty of space and fresh air. They are nicely decorated, and the building itself seems to be historical and repurposed, which I found very attractive and appealing.
Some people are still discovering what hostel life is all about—how to avoid slamming doors, shouting, or leaving lights on at night. Thankfully, most guests I met during my stay were polite and considerate.
What could be improved:
The kitchen is somewhat poorly equipped, so if you plan to cook, it’s a good idea to bring your own cutlery.

Beautiful historic building with communal courtyard. Friendly staff. Complimentary pastries and coffees for breakfast. Surprisingly comfortable beds. Perfect location in piazza near train station, river and several landmarks. Incredible value.
Assigned beds and no guarantee to have one near your partner. Several coughing people in room got me sick. Loud lockers. Some guests loud at night. Can't fault the place though. These are all things you may encounter in hostels.

Location and mission
Dorm rooms are mixed, there are no rules and people are checking in in the middle of the night, entering your room.. You share bathroom with 6 more people, and there are no towels - you can buy them for crazy prices

The location of the hostel is excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was really good, and the kitchen was well equipped and clean. The bedsheets and the bathroom in the room were also clean and comfortable.
The only issue I had was on Saturday while cooking: the main switch suddenly went off, and one of the electric stoves started to smell like something was burning. The staff were very kind and solved the problem immediately, but I’d recommend replacing the stoves as they could be dangerous. Apart from that, it was a very positive experience overall!

Location was good, clean and classical.
Had to walk too much to the rooms but thats fine

Location, location and location, along with the historical significance of the hostel.

I was really surprised with the great localization and the beauty of the hostel. I’ll definitely go back other times.

This is easily the most beautiful hostel I have ever stayed in. The building is stunning, you will be blown away upon entering. The staff are absolutely incredible, all of them. I stayed here for an extended period as I am in the process of moving to Florence, and they were all so helpful and generous with their time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it is really special.
Nothing, there are no negative parts to this place!

The room overlooked a courtyard behind the basilica and was a pleasant change from other places I've stayed at. The hostel is in an old monastery and a delight to stay at. The relaxation area was extremely pleasant in another courtyard. The kitchen staff service was excellent. The provided locker was huge and built like a bank safe deposit box!
I couldn't fault the hostel in any way.

The location was the best thing!
The room was spacious.
BUT poorly designed.
It was split into two sections — only the front part had air conditioning, while the back felt like an oven.
Absolutely unacceptable for the summer.
If you arrive early, AVOID this hostel!
I arrived at 6 AM and was shocked to find that all bathrooms are inside the rooms – meaning no access unless you've checked in. Staff were inflexible and charged me just to store my luggage.
I booked this place solely to have a shower upon arrival, but wasn’t allowed in until 2 or 3 PM. Worst experience of my entire backpacking trip.
Horrible situation — I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire Eurotrip. Only here. Worst experience of the whole trip.

This hostel is quite the gem. The value for money is excellent. At first you are encountered with what used to be a monastery? But then you go beyond and it's a very modern hostel, with all the comforts, like socket near the bed, a small table, lockers to save your staff, good bathrooms (the only bad thing of the bathroom was it didn't have any hook to hang things). The bed was comfy and clean, and the space between bunk beds was very good, both lateral and in height. The location is perfectly set between the train station and the city center. Also, the girls at the breakfast (Luisa and Carolina) were super nice! Also the garden inside is beautiful. I only stayed for one night but I would highly recommend it.

The building was surprisingly very pretty and the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind.

Very good hostel. The rooms are large and spacious. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen is quite large. It has a very pretty internal patio, you can feel like you're surrounded by greenery. The location is super convenient, everything is within walking distance. I would stay again.
Breakfast is just coffee and coriander. They needed to add a curtain to the beds, and it would be a 10.

My whole experience in this place was terrible.
I stayed in a room with no AC and, the only person able to fix it was in Milan. The hostel eventually offered some fans but between the noise of those fans and the kids that were staying there I couldn't have a proper night of sleep.
Don't count with a diverse breakfast or a functional kitchen. You had one coffee/cappuciono/tea in a paper cup plus a croissant with nutella or marmelade - nothing else. And, if you're planning to cook, you have no spoons and only plastic forks. Not to mention that the sponge was disgusting. The entire kitchen and garden needed a clean up.
Finally, we had to leave our keys at the reception whenever we went outside but, if the recepcionists went to the bathroom or grab a coffee you were locked outside or inside - no freedom of movement here.
If you're thinking about booking this hostel, don't.

The venue and location were excellent. I loved the vibe of the monastery and loved hearing the music from the church attached. The location is city centre so very close to main sites and easily reached from the train station by bus. It was easy to make friends when everyone was in the kitchen.
The rooms were lovely as they are designed to make it feel like you have your own nook - very spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen stoves were tricky to use as some were not working or working as well as others. There was also only limited cutlery (3 forks?) so I would suggest some more for a hostel this size!

Having a hostel in a Monastery was such a nice experience and it is truly beautiful. Our room had air con and fans so was a nice place to escape in the 40 degree heat! The workers at reception were also very friendly and the hostel felt very secure. There was a nice outside area that was good for socialising and relaxing and big open kitchen/ eating area. Great location and by the river so you can appreciate the sunset each evening.
There was no communal toilets just in the hostel so you always had to wait for people in the dorm which can be annoying if you just want to pop to the toilet and someone is taking a long shower. The kitchen was quite dirty and the fridge was overflowing!

The building was neat and in a great location.
The room was super loud.

Good location. Really nice building and massive place. Very old rustic church type building. Beds were very private and the stairs to the top bunk very really good. 2 bathrooms in a room of 8 which was good. Air con was really good and could adjust. Check in was easy. Wifi was good. Sitting area was nice. Rooms were clean.
Had to pay €5.50 to borrow a towel which I think is ridiculous. Shower was so bad.
3.0 / 10.0
The property was cool, but you are not really in the church setting or allowed to go in or hang out near the courtyard. So much can be done to really amplify this stay.
- locks had power outlet in them
Honestly everything was poor. I am traveling for 3 months and this was the worst hostel I stayed in.
- no hand soap in room, which I think is a minimum requirement after pandemic life
- no towel in kitchen to dry hands, sponge extremely old and gross
- lack in toilet paper as others mentioned
- SO HOT IN THE ROOM, really a burden to sleep. Everyone was suffering, even after they stated the "air conditioning" or fan was being fixed
- Rude staff, did not accommodate to anything
- A lot of hidden fees, so read fine print

It has an affordable price and is very well located in the town. It's inside a church with separate entrance, the room and bathroom are nice and clean, bed is comfortable, and has a big locker. Kitchen is clean and the garden is nice.
We need to leave the key at the reception before get out and to pay 4 euros for the check in.
