Home Boutique Santa Maria Novella

Great location close to station and within good walking distance to bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Nice bistro type seating on balcony. Washing machine/airer was useful. Sofa and bed comfortable and great storage. Air Con good. Staff on hand and very helpful and friendly. Great to be able to leave suitcase after check out and we were able to sit in the upstairs lounge before it was time for our train. The oven in the apartment had failed just before we arrived so we were given access to the continental breakfast each morning which was lovely.

All apartments were up a flight or two of stairs that were quite narrow and steep with no lift - but this was only difficult on arrival with the case.

Location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

The staff is really helpful and kind, and the room is incredibly cozy and pretty. The location is very good too!

Very nice staffs and nice location.

We booked the ‘executive’ double room and we were assigned the room on the very top and it’s located just above the reception so it can get quite noisy, especially in the morning when everyone comes up to have breakfast and walls are very thin so it resonates very well in the room. On our last night, we had a very loud neighbour so we could hear him from our room as well. Especially when he shouted at 6am. Welcome to the executive room.
