This is very close to Firenze SMN and absolutely fantastically clean. Enough facilities for your needs and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Great value for money! Thanks

Everything was great. The bed was comfy and the place was clean.
I bit too much noise from the outside because of the tram line, but otherwise it was ok. I recommend ear plugs.

Location was perfect as you’re in the city centre and only a 10-15 minute walk to the duomo. Perfect if your travelling by train as it is right around the corner from the Firenze train station. The room we received was big and spacious. There was 2 shared bathrooms so you weren’t waiting around for people often. The kitchen was great! Had all the facilities if you wanted to cook something.
No cleaning is done unless you stay for more than a week. The shared bathrooms were pleasant but of course hair was everywhere and some people left their used towels in there. The aircon dripped water when using it as well. I’d say the only main dislike was that cleaning wasn’t done regularly in the bathrooms.
