I was there during a period when it was very hot in Italy, and it was great that there was air conditioning. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, which is also a huge plus—you can sleep peacefully.

Comfortable stay in a lovely area in Florence. Santo Spirito is across the river from the main attractions making it a quiet and more authentic feeling area. Room and bathroom was clean and well stocked.
The room is in a two bedroom apartment so you share the common areas/kitchen with strangers. Some people were quite noisy in the morning/evening so it didn’t always feel private.
