The location was great.The room was spacious and very comfortable and welcomingly cooled especially in this sweltering summer heat. Enjoyed the evening and mornings at the roof patio.
There wasn't enough charging points in the room to change your devices overnight. Although there are plenty in the kitchen.
Hopefully they could add some power points and change the stools provided

Great location next to the Medici Chapel and close to the railway station. Incredibly helpful staff - they could not have done more for us. Good kitchen/communal area and nice terrace. Simple, clean bedroom with great view of the Medic Chapel and folk in the street below. We would stay here again.
In the summer the bedroom would be very hot as it was single glazed, faced the sun and the air on would have had to work hard. The rooms are mainly up 3 flights of stairs with no lift which might be an issue for some.

Top location, in front of the Cappelle dei Medici, really close to the Duomo and the central market.
The staff was so kind and helpful.
The room was clean and spacious (we were four).
The property has also a beautiful common terrace which is accessed from the kitchen/dining common area
The bathroom was basic (not a bad thing) but it didn’t have a window or a fan for the air recirculation
