Location is very close to all attractions.. just walking distance from the location .. The owner Veronica is very nice, adorable lady and introduced us about places to visit around, good restaurants and all.. Very spacious room for 3 and had all necessary bedroom and kitchen equipment..

Located in very dense urban area.. but it doesn’t matter when u r inside.. So it’s ok

We stayed here for three nights starting 5/25/2026 and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is in a very convenient central location, whether you arrive by train or from the airport. It’s an easy walk from the train station, and getting here from the airport is simple using the T2 tram toward San Marco (on the left side when you exit the airport). My two teenage daughters and I were able to walk to all the major attractions during our stay, which made exploring Florence very easy. This is not a hotel therefore, don’t expect to see a big hotel sign on the building. Be sure to read the self check-in instructions because there are three different codes you will need to get into your room. Unless you arrive during cleaning hours, there is usually no staff onsite for check-in. Also, make sure you have the exact change for the city tax to leave in the key lockbox. Or you can wait for Veronica when she is here to give you the change. She is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming! I used WhatsApp to communicate and they are very responsive! We stayed in the superior room, which was spotless and featured extremely comfortable beds. The apartment was also surprisingly quiet inside, and we rarely heard other guests. The air conditioning worked very well and was especially appreciated after long days exploring the city. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Florence.
