Property was a good size and in such a great location to the centre of Florence.

No complaints

Very good location. Very nice room interior, minimal. All i needed was there evwn a dryer for my curly hair , iron etc… very clean and the beat was Rosa the host! Her energy and kindness is amazing!!

Loved the location and the feel of it. The rooms are comfortable and it feel old worldy without it being such. The square has a lot going on and its a meeting spot for many groups and tours.

It can get loud in the evening with all the socialization in the square if the patio doors are open but with them closed its nice and quiet.

Good central location

Air conditioning didn’t work which meant the apartment was too hot overnight. I asked the owner to sort it which he said he would but it still didn’t work. Therefore too hot to sleep and can’t have the windows open overnight as too noisy. Didn’t have a second bed in the room as we had booked and wouldn’t sort it out until the next night. Didn’t have luggage storage as it stated it should have on Booking.com - instead we were advised to take it to a storage place and charged 5 euros/item which turned out to be owned by the owners of the property!
