The house and room are spotlessly clean. The room itself has a black and white theme, quite modern. Very nice facilities include a well-equipped bathroom and refrigerator. Additionally water and soft drinks are provided each day as well as in the dining room - again kept beautifully clean.
Access instructions: these were not provided early enough and I arrived at the B&B without them - and without being able to access them on my phone for some reason. Fortunately another guest at the house knew of my arrival and showed me how to enter and access my apartment.

Everything was clean and very accommodating to the guest is what I enjoyed. Bed was super comfortable. This was probably the best hotel I stayed at during my 3 city vacation in Italy .
There was a lot of codes to get in to the actual hotel itself and wish they can go to the scan keycard rather than the actual key/ a lot of numerical codes. Also the WiFi in the rooms wasn’t the best and had a few dead spots.
