Great location a few minutes walk from the station. Room was lovely just as in the photographs. Shared kitchen facilities useful. Contact with the owner was excellent, on hand to answer any questions with immediate responses. Lift was great benefit too! Located on a lovely street with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants but you can’t hear a thing when you’re in the room. Bed large and very comfortable. If you’re visiting Florence we would definitely recommend.

It worked fairly well for us as we took up the whole place. We had three smaller kids (10-7) who stayed in the first bedroom together. This was by the front door so was not ideally located.
I didn’t like that someone came in for maintenance and we weren’t given a days notice so we had private stuff and wallets left out not locked up. Nothing was missing but was uncomfortable. 2- the room the kids were in alone was closest to the front door (only room with 3 beds) and 3) during very early morning hours someone came into the place while we were asleep. This was why we were concerned about the kids being closest to the door.
