Nice room, near the centre

The location was very nice and central. Room was decorated nicely too and comfortable. Good size.

We were ok as we only had hand luggage but if you have a large luggage it's very inconvenient to go up 3 flights of stairs without lift, when you arrive and when you leave. These details should be divulged when booking. I leave this to lots of hotels: a shelf is needed near the sink to put toiletries on.

Excellent stay in a wonderful city. Would recommend.

Extremely central. Communication great. The lift was a bonus as a member of our party finds stairs difficult. Great value for money. We stayed as a group of friends and enjoyed having the communal space to socialise in and our own bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. We were met at the property on check in and given full instructions on the access etc. Beds very comfortable and rooms nice and quiet.

The stairs were very dark - during the day it was ok but coming in after dark you had to be careful unless you rode the elevator. Thankfully I had my cell flashlight which I used all of the time!

Perfect location, and a wonderful host

Lovely apartment in the Centro Storico, just a short walk from all the sights. Beautifully decorated, super clean, and the host was great to communicate with. It’s close to lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. Since it’s in an old palace, staying there feels really special. We’ll definitely recommend it to everyone and would love to come back!

Location is perfect… close to tram stop and train station, close to the centro, and it has an elevator.

Bathroom was small but everything worked. Could use a shelf for toiletries.

Lovely stay in Florence

The apartment is located perfectly in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of the train station. The rooms are lovely with pretty decorations and equipped with air conditioning. Any questions during check-in and our stay were kindly answered immediately.

Sadly, the room had no safe to store our valuables and a blotchy wifi connection, as it was located a bit too far from the wifi router.

The apartment is in a very good spot,very tidy and clean. I also loved the decoration.Elizabeth was very helpful,the maid was also very nice.

Great place great stay and great concierge

All the rest but the things I got some remarks from.

The double bed being made by 2 singe beds needs a special mechanism to keep mattresses and beds together. Each single mattress is curved at the edges so get a flat one perhaps and use special joints to keep them together. The oatresses will collide seemlesly that way with flat mattresses. The elevetor was inevitably small but looks like an achievement in a historical building. Old buildings do not have provisions for elevator and still they made one.

Clean, comfortable guest house. Spacious area (hall and kitchen), very responsive and sociable hostess. was always in touch, helped/prompted on all issues.

I was in July, and it’s was tooo hot in building, so it’s a problem all of historical building. And price can be a little bit down.

Location 10. Nice and quiet apartment in the busy street filled with restaurants and coffee shops. 5 min walk from train station, sightseeing bus, cathedrals ect. Kitchen facilities 💯.

Only criticism was the pillow. Just needed another one, but that is just personal preference.

A clean and comfortable space tight in the action within Florence

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic being close to everything within walking distance. The information pack and interaction with the owner was great and really helpful. The extra access to a man onsite kitchen and seating area was great and useful.

Due to the age of the building, you were unable to put paper in the toilet system but a bin was provided.

Great location, gorgeous house, misleading tactics & photos.

Its close to everything that you want to visit in firenze. It's well maintained. The manager responds fast and its very polite. Despite some letdowns we enjoyed it alot. Breakfast at common room is nice you have a nice view from the window while prepping and eating. At a small but well build island. Sun comes in its delightful just stay away from the couch cos its dirty.

Can be misleading. The pictures present a full house. You only have 1 room. The other parts of house are shared. We talked with other ppl that booked at same time they all seemed to have the same perception as us. You have a common room to be shared with others. There are plenty of rooms in house and hot water is centralized not independend so you have to compete for hot water and water pressure when having a shower. Also for that price they should include one time use slippers. We took the room with the street view. And the window grills looked like they would fall down on street. As a couple we paid nearly 600 euros for a single room for 3 nights our friends were 7 people and paid 1100 euros in total for a full house at same area. That was way better in every aspect and ultimately cheaper when you split the bill.

Location location location

In a great location, quiet and clean. Shared kitchen but didn’t see anyone. Our hostess met us when we arrived and was excellent. Our room was fabulously colourful.

You need a key to work the lift. We accidentally left ours in the lift and it was stolen. Totally our fault but something we hadn’t experienced before so one blonde moment cost us $$

Their plumbing is insufficient for the amount of showers they have in the unit. Water pressure and hot water are unreliable. Basically, if someone else in the property is using water, you can’t shower

Our stay was made more enjoyable by staying in this apartment.

Our host Lorenzo was friendly and very helpful. The location is right next to the Duomo. There is a lift which was very helpful as the flat is on the 5th floor. The shower was hot, the bed comfy, and the host responsive.

disappointing stay for to much money

in walkable distance to the central train station, convenient situated for all major tourist sites, mattress of the master bed was comfortable, the room, bathroom and kitchen was clean, sound proofed window

room smaller than advertised. we had a room with an extra sofa bed which was a complete uncomfortable joke - don't go there with kids unless they sleep like a stone. the pillows were to hard, to big and uncomfortable. the check in process was complicated compared to other hotels/ rentals. each room of the apartment is rented out as single rental - one has to be lucky concerning co-renters. the host seems not very experienced or professional. the apartment is overly stuffed with knickknacks and the room was not very functional (access to closet difficult, closet full with blankets, no space for clothes etc...). room number 1 gets all the noise from street to door traffic, 5/6 seem to be quieter.

Great location, wonderful host, comfortable space

I had a great stay. The room was large and comfortable. Most importantly, the host Lulu is super nice, offered fantastic recommendations and had fresh fruit in the kitchen for guests.

The kitchen is shared so at times there were some food smells that I wasn't wild about.

Location was great.

We ended up with a bathroom separate from the bedroom. We were given a 10% discount for the ‘budget room’. I wouldn’t recommend this option as it feels like you’re staying in a hostel.
