Facilities And instructions were clear

They did not have kitchen

The check-in process was seamless, allowing us to head straight to our room and rest upon arrival. The room itself was spotless, and the bathroom facilities were incredibly clean and comfortable, fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, and shower gel. We really enjoyed the morning coffee and croissants, as well as the hotel's quiet atmosphere despite being so close to the city center. The staff were wonderful and extremely welcoming. A special thank you to Julian for her outstanding hospitality! We will definitely stay here again

The room was very clean and well-maintained. I really liked the location—it was very close to public transportation, which made getting around easy. The staff was also very polite and helpful, especially Angela, who was awesome with my 5-year-old son. He absolutely loved her!

There wasn’t anything major I disliked during our stay.

Not well maintained, you can hear everything that is happening in the other rooms. It’s very hard to close and open the windows as they are old, the AC was working but wasn’t enough for how much the room was cold
