Ottimo compromesso qualità-prezzo. Pulizia della camera. Il check in è andato bene senza problemi all'orario stabilito.
Suggerirei un po' di manutenzione in più: alla porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento, la maniglia era un po' traballante. Un'anta del cassetto dell'armadio era rotta e metterei una piccola mensola in bagno per poggiare il necessaire.

There was a nice sized decently comfortable bed. A decent sized bathroom and a small bar fridge. However there wasn't much room for the luggage to be put without it being in the way. I had a hiking style back pack and a regular back pack. Other then that the location was decent with a super market about a 5 minute walk away and about 40 minutes walk away from uffizi.

Check-in was very easy. We received the instructions and codes prior to our arrival.
The room itself was quite small and there was little space to store suitcases. There was a plug in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. The shower was great (good pressure and temperature).
Location wise, it felt far out. It was a 20-minute walk from the station and a bit half an hour from the touristy spots. Piazzale Michelangelo was an hour walk away.

It was clean, AC worked well, nice size TV although the volume didn’t work
The checkout time on Booking.com showed 10:00-10:30. Around 9:50 a woman (cleaner) walked into our room, and then at 10:10 the owner was telling us we need to check out immediately. We then had to pay the city tax and get change from him, and he shorted us 10 euros.
