It was clean, had everything we needed and had lovely thoughtful touches to the place. It was modern and had a great feel about it.

The place was amazing. The upkeep of the house and the rooms is very good. It is at a 2 minute walk to the nearest Tram Station which can take you in the city or Manoj station in 10 minutes. Anton was very helpful. He guided us immediately with all our questions. Offered complimentary water and cookies too. House keeping of the room is done daily so you come back to fresh and clean rooms. Overall definitely worth booking. There are in total 3 rooms so can be booked for a bigger group too. The living room is beautifully decorated.

Our stay was perfect, Francesco was a brilliant host ! The accommodation was right beside the tram, which was very easy to use and it was lovely coming back every day to a room which had been completely serviced. Also there’s a lovely local restaurant right beside the property.
We had no complaints, everything was perfect !
