The proactiveness and the back to back support by the owner Chiara. It was part of our memorable 4 night stay in Florence. The apartment location is great, 2min from the tram and 20 min walking distance from the city center. The room/shared kitchen apartment contains all what you need if cooking is not required. Rather enjoy the local gastronomy. The bathroom is also great. Air conditioning in summertime is a must, even during the night.

- La stanza non era per niente insonorizzata e per due notti di fila abbiamo sentito rumori dei vicini. - Nel bagno non ci sono ganci/punti d'appoggio - La gestione del check-in: capisco l'assenza del personale - ormai siamo tutti abituati ai check-in automatici - ma dover contattare il personale più volte davanti alle varie porte di ingresso non è stato molto pratico né carino. - Ho richiesto svariate volte la fattura in quanto viaggio di lavoro: nonostante le mie ripetute richieste non ho mai ricevuto un riscontro, solo scuse. Inaccettabile.

Las camas súper cómodas

It’s new. It is a renovated apartment. Bathrooms are cool. And the bed is amazing. Location is close to the city center, 15 min via tram.

Communication with the host is not good. At the begging we though we where staying at a hotel. An apartment was never mentioned. Some stuff were malfunctioning. Like the extractor fan of the bathroom. Also, the coffee machine. And we had some ants on the floor which was not ideal.
