Muy bien situado, todo limpio y cuidado. El día que llegamos lo tenían todo listo incluso antes de la hora oficial de entrada y nos dejaron entrar en la habitación sin problema.
El check out es a las 10 y no pudimos dejar el equipaje en el apartamento porque no tienen ningún lugar acondicionado para ello

Property was nicely located in the outskirts of the city centre. Easy tram ride to the centre. Nice kitchen and communal area for users to use. Very comfortable bed

Sencillo llegar desde el aeropuerto, habitación y baño limpios y en buen estado. Aire acondicionado y posibilidad de preparar alimentos. No hay recepción personal pero atención rápida por mensajería.
No hay cambio de toallas ni limpieza de la habitación. Si la estancia es de más de dos días es un poco incómodo. En nuestro caso, familia de 4. Prever unos 4 euros por persona en viaje ida y vuelta al centro de Florencia. Esto no tiene que ver con algo malo del alojamiento pero es un gasto a tener en cuenta. En el caso de una familia pueden ser una cantidad de 60-70 euros para 4-5 días

It’s new. It is a renovated apartment. Bathrooms are cool. And the bed is amazing. Location is close to the city center, 15 min via tram.
Communication with the host is not good. At the begging we though we where staying at a hotel. An apartment was never mentioned. Some stuff were malfunctioning. Like the extractor fan of the bathroom. Also, the coffee machine. And we had some ants on the floor which was not ideal.
