I stayed at Popartment Florence for several nights. The main problem was not the room itself, but the unclear and inconsistent information and the way some issues were handled.
1. Luggage storage
The information was very confusing. The printed information in the room says that luggage storage after check-out costs €10 per item. However, the hotel’s iPad assistant told me that luggage storage was completely free. Agoda also gave me different information and initially said the charge was €10 per day.
In the end, the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few hours for free, which I appreciated. However, guests should not have to receive three different answers about the same service.
2. Fresh towels
The room information sheet says:
“Fresh towels are always available at reception. Even no cleaning services for guests staying under 4 nights”
When I asked reception for fresh towels, I was told that we had to stay three nights to get them. I showed the staff the hotel’s own information sheet, but fresh towels were still not provided.
There were three people staying in the room.
3. Breakfast
The hotel neither have a kitchen nor a dinning area so the breakfast is delivered to the room. In our case, staff knocked on our door at around 8:15am and gave us one coffee and muffin for each person. (From supermarket “Coop”)
This is not what I would normally expect when I see “breakfast included” when booking a hotel, so I think guests should know exactly what the breakfast arrangement is before booking.
Overall, my main concern is the lack of clear and consistent information. The hotel eventually helped us with the luggage, which I appreciate, but the communication during the stay was frustrating.
I recommend checking all policies carefully before booking, especially luggage storage, towels, housekeeping and breakfast.

This is great place to stay , big room private shower private balcony, place to feel home , 5 minut to train station , washing clothes is payable service , airconditioning is cold for hot summer weather.

It was written before that it is in historical Center, but its not. I was quite far from the center. Almost 25 mins walk. Also 15 mins walk to central station. Alot of things were not working in the apartment and we told the staff again and again but they didn’t fix it. We stayed for 2 days and they didn’t bother to clean our apartment.
But apartments were really nice, good space and neat and clean.
