The room was very comfortable the beds were the most comfortable I had slept on in my trip to Italy. The staff was also incredibly friendly and the rooms decorations were fun!

We loved Laura from her welcome until we said goodbye. She was positive and helpful. Her partner was friendly when we saw him too. Breakfast was outstanding! The bed was comfortable. We also had an extra sofa that was useful and we liked the shelving units too. Use of the kitchen was handy. I also spent a couple of hours on the balcony one sunny afternoon. We found a nice trattoria, San Jacopina not too far away.
It was slightly far out for us due to pain issues this trip. But we probably tried to do too much too. The doors were traditional and narrow. The shower curtain was irritating and the temperature control wasn't responsive. The tram brakes outside were really grating.

The reception staff was kind. Communication was smooth, and the check-in process was easy and well organised.
There were many broken or worn-out elements, and the room felt quite tired and not very pleasant to stay in. The soundproofing was extremely poor you can hear everything. There also seemed to be an issue with the entrance door, as people struggled to open or close it, causing very loud banging noises. Even with earplugs, it was impossible to sleep properly, as i was woken up multiple times during the night.
