We LOVED the staff: Adel was super helpful with tips on traveling to Novoli, even asked if we had a vehicle which was AMAZING. He was supportive with information for traveling via the tram to the museo in Firenze. He made recommendations for street food, a Pizzarea to enjoy an extra discount.
Besiana went ABOVE and beyond with her job for cleaning 🧼🧹 to ensure we were happy each and everyday. She brightens this place with her smile and warm Buongiorno! Her incredible patience with my così così Italiano.
We ended up extending our time here. Although, we would have liked to have the conveniences of cooking facilities for our family we opted for the way we were welcomed here with the Italian 🇮🇹 culture of famiglia.
It would be appreciated if the other guests were more respectful of the people who are paying overnight guests as well.
It is not your parents house for you to leave your dirty dishes for others to clean up after you, nor the staff of this Novoli. If they are to do this then there should be extra fees included with those who are doing this kind of behavior.
I do not think it should be tolerated. It is completely disgusting to leave a mess plus inappropriate.
Be mature, an adult and clean up after yourself.
It makes more work for the others staying here, or the staff at the Novoli.

The owner was very friendly and communicative. We arrived much later than check in yet he still made special accommodations for us. The kitchen is excellent. The rooms are quite spacious. The private bathroom was very clean. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in the living area despite the fact that our reservation had already ended. Definitely worth its value and it's situated nearby the airport which is very convenient.

shower wasn't working well but in the meantime I didn't had time to "complain" about it because I was staying just for 1 night
