We had such a comfortable stay! I didn’t ask for his name but the reception guy was so friendly and ready to help! The place was so clean, especially the bathroom. Short walking distance from the tram, which takes u to the center! Really really recommend 🫶🏻

The wifi wasn’t working properly but if u have a roaming package I don’t think its that much of a problem.

Excellent location.

Is a good size room, comfortable beds and excellent location. Shared bathroom with another room (family), but we never saw each others. The host met us when we arrived and guided us to the parking lot (12 euros), and showed us the streets where we could drive and where we couldn't.

We enjoyed staying here. The staff was very friendly. We recommend staying here for groups of 4 or less.

We liked that the apartment is very close to the tram, just a few minutes away. The apartment was clean.

Too hot in the bathroom and corridor. Mini fridge would be amazing in the room, because you have to walk to another area and share the kitchen.

I was working and needed to deliver lectures back to Australia. I was able to do that well.

The care of the staff. Adel was very helpful and went the extra step to assist with any inquiries and assist in any way he could. He was very knowledgeable about Florence and travel options to the main city.

Sometimes taxis were hard to book but that was due to taxis not wanting to go out of the city centre during peak times.

The air conditioning was not working during my stay. I tried to fix it by asking the receptionist but he was always pretending that he’ll fix it just to buy time.

I believe it’s actually fault of Booking.com to suggest this for a family. There were lot of mosquitoes in room, room was on a road side with single glass so it was super noisy, parking will be paid was not clear from beginning, worse part was shared bathroom. Kitchen utensils were 3rd class, except location there was nothing that can justify that price. Highly not recommended

Wouldn’t really recommend but affordable and near city

There was a balcony and it’s near a mall which was helpful, beds were pretty comfy and they provided towels. Basic rooms that have beds, mirror, wardrobe and shared bathroom. Staff were nice too which is why I’m sad this is a bad review !

There were literal bed bugs and at least 20 mosquitoes in our room, we tried to close the door but the door was broken so they just kept coming in. Everyone slept under the sheet to not get bitten but we did. Shower didn’t really work as it didn’t stay up so you have to hold it. Ran out of toilet paper and there was also bugs in the bathroom. Lock on the bathroom was also impossible and super stiff. Also loud traffic outside, I had to wear earplugs. I wouldn’t really say I’d recommend it but it’s affordable and it’s somewhere to stay.

Excellent service. The staff was very helpful. Great location right in front of the mall. There is an express wash just around the corner. I would go back again. So convenient and super clean rooms 😀

I guess we were one of the first visitors after they have made a big renovation of the place which was a really nice surprise! Staff was great and friendly, everything was clean and nice.

This was such a great hostel with very nice and helpful staff! It was very clean with very good ac and it worked surprisingly well with the private external bathrooms (in which the shower was great too). It was super close to the train station that takes you right to the center of Florence and a supermarket was just around the corner as well.

No problems. Great staff. Safe area close to tram with many conviences.

Had a great stay. Staff was super accommodating and worked with me to hold luggage after checkout. Had my own private balcony which was very nice. Great location next to tram stop, a Coop grocery, coffee shop and mall. Super convenient self access in and out of building. Internet worked fine for checking work emails. Safe building and safe area that’s new and up and coming. was even near a Mailboxes Etc. if you need to mail things home(super helpful also). And I discovered a lovely new park about 10 min. from hotel as well. Room is not luxury but the location and area has a lot of pluses.

Location to tram N#2 nd COOP supermarket.

Sink was blocked and Air Conditioning did not work. Noise levels were a bit high from traffic and other guests especially in the reception area. Floor of room could do with a good clean. A small table in the room would be good. Shared facilities did not have any utensils or crockery. Would not recommend to stay here.
