Great place between the city and the airport

Friendly and attentive staff throughout (reception, restaurant). Rooms of a decent size and quality and breakfast was good. Not very busy at all. 5-minute walk to the tram taking you either to the airport in 4 minutes or city centre in 15. Park adjacent to the property if you want to go for a morning run.

Breakfast could do with some fresh juice and less sugary yogurts.

Nice stay VERY close to the Aeroport. No AC after October.

Great access to the airport! Friendly staff and good options for guests inside the hotel for snacks etc. Pretty comfortable bed.

It's just a Florence thing, but not being able to turn the AC on in a warm November was a tad off putting. They did get us a fan but the room was still warm.

Quiet, peacefull, an elegant hotel. Breakfast was convenient and delicious; a good variety.

Room was clean & comfortable, service and breakfast were excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Neighborhood was quiet and we loved hearing the children play in the courtyard, the park was nice & quiet.

Safe, fun and relaxing

The location and prices for drinks was a good value.

The air conditioning was not adequate. I was hot in the room which made the day uncomfortable. The coffee machine kept going out which made getting coffee difficult.

Worst hotel room

It was very very cold. Due to unstable central heating system i got cold and had to leave the country earlier. It was the worst experience i have ever had along my travels. I reported about the cold room many times but the only solution was to give a little heater 😂

Far from the center, cheap facilities for the price you pay. Conditioner not filled for days, noisy room due to gym upstairs, complimentary water not provided daily as said.

Would do it again for sure!

The staff was very helpful to us in arranging some ‘fixes’ to our travel glitches. We had a long day with no way to get anywhere, and were made to feel quite at home while we killed off several hours of ‘extra’ time.

Parking garage did not allow for our van, so we had to park on the street. They apologized profusely, but it was a little bit nerve wracking,

Adequate hotel with friendly staff in a safe location

Location is great and staff are helpful and friendly.

No sheet set on the bed. Only the duvet/bed spread and a bottom sheet on the mattress. We didn’t notice until late at night and didn’t want to have someone come up to fix it then. Room condition was dated and ac wasn’t good. Basic and dated for Hilton.

The location was perfect after a long flight. The front staff were very polite and helpful, we had a late dinner in the hotel and it was surprisingly good and reasonably priced

The parking garage was very handy but difficult to find at night it could have been better marked.

Gateway stop to visit Tuscany and especially Florence.

We were looking for a hotel near the Florence airport as we had an early flight the following day, and this hotel proved to be an excellent choice. The rooms exceeded are expectations and it felt like a 4 star hotel. What surprised us was the large urban park across the street which was perfect for an evening stroll outdoors. The hotel is also within an easy walk to a Tram stop, which takes you into the heart of Florence in 20 mintues for only 1.70 Euro one-way. This would also have been a great location to stay had our visit to Tuscany been focused on touring Florence. Did not have an opportunity to eat in their dining room but both the breakfast and dinner menus were more than adequate. The hotel staff was highly professional.

exceeded expectations. building outside does not speak for building inside which is very nice. not near city center but

very nice for a four star hotel. older but the property was nicely constructed. farther from city center but next to the beautiful university

toilet flush button was weird, would hold sometimes for a few minutes. also definitely not near city center, involves 12 minute tram ride, which is no problem, but can be annoying especially getting the tickets because some people will spend five to ten minutes figuring out the machine and a train may pass during that time. but other than that, not a big deal.

Pleasant hotel and nice staff but expected a bit more for the price

The staff was very nice and helpful, the room was always clean and the bed was very comfy. Also the hotel was very easy to get to by tram from the airport and into the city one can also take the same tram and only takes like 10 mins to get to the city center. Breakfast fine but would've been nice to get more options like freshly made eggs, salmon and some more cheeses. But they also offered freshly made waffles and if you asked for milk alternatives they had soy milk, so was very nice.

Expected more from a Hilton Hotel in terms of interior design but apart from that it was a good hotel but idk if it was worth the money we spent for our room.
