Quadra Key Easy Home Apartments In Florence

Wonderful location for visiting Florence. Host very helpful & kind. For anyone coming in from Central Train station, this apartment is about 15 mins on the T2 tram line right outside the train station. Beautiful café/bakery across the road from apartment also. And also 3 min walk to a beautiful authentic Italian restaurant

Very comfortable self check-in at any convenient time. Luggage storage is available. It's not in the city center but the location is a 20 min trip by tram right from the train station. The trams are very regular (every 5 min or so) and the stop is right near the property. Several big supermarkets nearby. The room itself is big and clean, with a little kitchenette and a balcony.

The aircon wasn't working very well, though in this heat it's good it was working at all.

The location is a bit far from the center but there's a tram station 40 meters away that takes you to the center. Great accommodation, nice balcony. It also has space to deposit bags in case you arrive earlier or have to leave early.

The sound from the tram can be a bit too loud at times.

Good location to catch tram into city. Secure locked-up parking. Good size room/studio.

We expected a 4 star premises as per ratings, but were somewhat disappointed. We've recently stayed in 3 star facilities which were better. Disappointments include: Collapsed bed mattress propped up by a pillow, general signs of property wear & tear, toilet which only 1/2 flushed, no toaster in the kitchen, some loose & hard to operate taps, 1 dishwasher tablet provided for a 3 night stay! Note: You never actually speak to or see a person. All check-in is done via the web & WhatsApp, so you need to have scanning & photo capabilities on your PC/phone or I don't think you'll be able to check-in.
