Quadra Key apartments

Nice and clean studio with south facing balcony, situated in convenient location. It was not so easy to find although the receptionist guided me to the door over the phone. Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen fully equipped, dishwasher and kettle included.

The apartment is near the train line nearby (tram), some noice during the day and evening.

It was well-located close to public transport and short tram ride from the airport.

One night at Quada Key.

A perfect size for two people for a night or two. The room has a sleek modern feel to it and if we stayed longer and cooked, would have used the surprisingly nice full set of stainless steel cookware. The wifi had great signal strength and bandwidth. The area has all the stores and restaurants you would want for a short stay.

The door to get into the shower was incredibly narrow..

Perect stay as it was expected!

It was our first experience with such virtual check-in and check-out and all services online arrangements. However, it works perfectly if you arrange everything in advance. We received all required codes, and full services were provided as expected. The rooms are good and well equipped. Location of the hotel as well optimal for us, public transport is available close to the hotel. Parking is available in the hotel.

Adequate stay but communication was difficult.

Great location! Either go to old Florence or to the airport with the tram. Two stops to the airport. Room was clean and new.

Missing essential kitchen utinsles. The only knife was a bread knife. I would have preferred a room key to the keypad. Service was not present. Only reachable by text at Booking.com. However, they were helpful when reached.

It appears that someone entered the room while we were out. The bedcover which we had removed had been folded and put into the wardrobe. Nothing was taken or disturbed but no one else should have access during the rental period.

Very good place to stay in Florence - calm and cozy!

The studio was very nice and spacious, equipped with kitchen. There is nice coffee and breakfast place just across the boulevard. The tram station is just 50 meters away and is very easy to reach the city center with T2. The luggage locker is also very useful. It can be used in advance or after check-out.

Great apartment, great location!

The cleaning was really good, there could be a bit more glassware in the kitchen (only 3 glasses and 2 coffe cups available). The location was really great! Just 10 min with the tram to reach the city centre with a stop right in front of the apartment, the tram can be quite busy. Lots of coffee bars and a big supermarket within a 5 min walk. Apartment was quiet, only the street could be heard sometimes. We had a really pleasant stay!

Could have more glassware. Also a broom would be nice for a quick sweep.

Room was great with small kitchen area, bed was very comfortable. We needed to be closer to the airport, so the location was good, especially with the tram right there.

The room was nice and spacious, and had its own kitchenette and bathroom. It was well located with direct tram to the centre. Great for longer stay in Florence.

Good value

We chose the apartment as we needed to be near the airport which is 5 minutes by tram. It was also an easy 15 minutes tram ride to the city centre. The check in staff was very friendly.

As it is on a main road it is a little noisy. The rooms could do with updating but were very clean and spacious for the price.

conveniently located with comfy bed.

Located 17 mints away from Florence Santa Maria novella. It’s located right on outside tram stop,there is a nearby self service coin operated laundry on the corner and bunch of eateries nearby. Housekeepers made our bed & replaced restocked toiletries and towels everyday for 4 days throughout our stay. We had a kingside bed in our room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. I wanted to ask for late checkout but there was no one to answer calls so had to checkout at 11 which wasn’t bad.

The room was very clean, and facilities are all good. It’s a little bit too far from the city centre, but the transport connection is good and for that price it is a good deal compared to the options in the city centre.

That was a weird situation when one day the cleaning ladies arrived before 10 am to clean our room. Despite we told them that we are still sleeping, they were really pushy and wanted us to leave the room, so that they can clean it 😂 They didn’t speak any English, so the communication wasn’t very successful. The other day they put our two beds closer to each other for no reason. Once they put 3 pillows to one bed and 1 to another. They always left our pyjamas crumpled on the bedside table…. Also the reception all of a sudden doesn’t work from 10 to 13. So if you wanna leave your luggage there, take it into account. Another thing that I don’t wanna put as a real minus, that the hotel is quite away from the city centre. No worries, there is a direct tram from the hotel to the very city centre, but keep in mind that public transport in the evenings are very much overcrowded.

Good

It was a convenient short walk to a great coffee shop and the tram into the old city. The room was spacious and easily accessed through keypad. Bathroom was good. There was body wash available.

The reception area was difficult to find as its around the back of the entrance quite a walk away. It didn't have a kettle in the room as stated. We had to go around to pick it up. No cups were available or tea and coffee. No iron either. There was a security box, but it was keyed and we weren't offered a key. Also quite noisy from the road.

not bad not good

large bed. big room.

for heating was used the AC which made a lot of noise. difficult to sleep because of this. the tram noise was a little bit annoying. when I have arrived in the room something was smelling very bad… the dishwasher was full of dirty plates. The AC was closed during day by the housekeeper and in the evening when returning back it was cold in the room. It was 26 minutes far away from the city center. overall it was a little bit expensive for what they offer.

The room door could not close all the way so you could hear the trams passing by pretty well (on the first floor, maybe it gets better on higher floors). There was no shower door which was pretty weird.

Location, direct tram to the centre, 8-10 min, private parking. Sleeping room was nice. Staff was very responsive for late check in and other arangement.

We were just one night, but we noticed that there was a good modern kitchen but without anything in it. No ketler, dishes to prepare a coffe, no coffe cup, no glass for water, no table in the kitchen - but there were two chairs like the table was moved somewhere else. The toilet flush didn't close tha tank and water was leaking into toilet bowl. You need to press several times to stop it or even to remove the mask to pool it or there will be no water for next use.. Shower with not enough warm waterr. Other was fine.

Smooth check-in with clear instructions, staff couldn't be more helpful, nice and welcoming. Bed is very comfortable. Highly recommend it.
