Location very near the tram!
Literally across the street there's a minimarket and a fast food place.
Host was very responsive on text 🙌
The lady that got us in was very nice and straight forward.

The room had a kettle, coffee machine, snacks. The room was cleaned everyday. The location isn’t very central but close to the tram stop. There’s a large COOP supermarket nearby.
For me personally, it would be helpful to have an option to have breakfast included, without it the price seemed a bit high (though still lower than in other places). It would also be nice to have better toiletries (there were some but it was only shampoo and shower gel combined I believe). For me personally it was a bit unexpected thar the host couldn’t speak English, but we used Google Translate and it wasn’t a big issue since we didn’t need to communicate much (same goes for a lack of reception desk).

Room was clean and included everything we signed up for
The neighborhood was very loud, you could always hear cars at night. It was also located very far from the city centre, wasn't a big problem for us though, we just walked for 45min every day to get to there
