Location: Right opposite a bus stop, 5 minutes walk to the tram line that takes you to the city. Excellent if you have business at campus Morgagni of the university. Staff: Very friendly and kind. Went the extra mile to check me in before time and show me the room and explain everything. The cleaning lady is super nice (unfortunately doesn't speak English, but is very welcoming) and kept the room clean everyday. A balcony with chairs, free tea, coffee, biscuits, and water bottles were a plus. There was also a small refrigerator and an attached kitchen. Bathroom was large and clean.

The wifi was reachable from only the couch at the corner of the room. That's really the only thing that stopped it from being a 10/10 stay. There's also no "Do not disturb" sign or a way to skip service for a day.

A bit hard to find and directions on how to get to the place from the train station. I wish they would have come to us earlier.

It's a fantastic room. Friendly staff. Connection to the city center via tram is fast and convenient.

Overall, the hotel has a design that meets all the essential needs. The bathroom and room are nicely designed, and most needs have been thoughtfully considered.

There was a lot of noise. The sound of children shouting was disturbing. The fact that the person who welcomed us didn’t speak English caused a bit of a communication gap. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.
