Comfortable bed and a good sleep. Convenient to the tram stop for an easy trip in/out of Florence in 10-15 mins. Parking over the road is easy to access. There's a great restaurant next door for dinner.
Limited hot water so two hot showers in a row aren't possible. Rooms have no noise insulation. Conversations could be clearly heard from neighbouring rooms.

Great hotel and excellent value for money. The location is about 20 minutes from the city center by tram, and the tram stop is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The 24-hour reception made me feel safe, especially since I was traveling alone.
I stayed in room 112, which was very spacious and had two terraces. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were great throughout my stay.
The breakfast was excellent, offering variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They let us store our luggage for the day which was great. The room was clean.
Location is a bit far away from the centre, but thankfully it’s a 5 minute walk to the tram stop. The room smelled a bit weird when we came, but that faded away. Shower was pretty small.
