Would not recommend

The location is ideal and it takes only about 15-20 minutes to get to the central train station. Self check in was easy and convenient if you have to come late.

When we arrived to the room, the sheets were dirty and they were smelling so bad. There was a yellow/green mark on the sheet which I would not prefer to describe any further. The room was clean but it definitely needs more ventilation. When we asked for sheet replacement and only shouted without listening first. It was quite disrespectful and unprofessional. Eventually we were able to talk with google translate and had the dirty sheets replaced, but still, it was very unpleasant getting shouted at, especially being mocked for not understanding what she’s been saying.

Excellent stay, 10/10: I would definitely stay here again!

Super welcoming and spotlessly clean, with everything you need to feel at home. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, check-in was easy, and communication was quick. The location was excellent for getting around and reaching the main attractions.

Honestly, nothing: everything was perfect and in line with expectations. If I really had to point out one flaw, it was that the stay was too short!

Short city break stay for two

Great location, really handy for the tram but also walking into the city, rare to have parking too! The staff were so helpful letting us check in a bit earlier, would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a few days in Florence

Good location near the tram - quick access to the city centre. Possibility to park car safely. Great and friendly staff.

The sound isolation of the room could be better - you could hear sounds from the hallways.

Very comfortable and perfect for us

It was very clean and spacious. I also liked how it was located just a throw away from the main centre. I personally enjoyed the quietness and calm away from the busy centre.

It did get noisy at night with the tram and traffic.

Lovely stay, would recommend :)

Valeria at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, gave us lots of tips and was able to help us with any queries. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower is very fancy! (Overhead rainfall type shower + handheld shower head + 3 side jets either side!!!) The outdoor area is also cute, little chairs and tables to sit at if you want + a hammock.

Only downside was that the walls / soundproofing is a little thin, woke up one night to lots of footsteps and luggage dragging by some people who were leaving around 5 - 6pm (they made noise for ages lol), but I understand that's the building architecture so not much can be easily done about that.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Close to tram for centre and station. Good size room, very clean. Small garden.

No hot water 2nd morning but sorted by the evening. Towels needed to be a better quality, and more large towels needed or changed each day as still wet when used later in the day. Big Light in bathroom not working. No drawers.,Pillows not comfortable.

This property was beautiful and the staff were so kind! The staff were very knowledgeable about the area and had great recommendations for restaurants and day trips in Florence. Perfect location with easy to transport to city center. We cannot stress the kindness of the staff enough.

A wonderful find, easy to get to Florence and friendly local neighborhood for cappuccino and pizza!

One of our favorite places we stayed in Italy. The entire experience was exceptional from the friendly helpful staff to the beautiful room with a super comfy bed, private deck area and fabulous spa style bathroom. Parking on site and the train just steps away so Heart of the city in 10 minutes!

A fabulously comfortable stay in a small, quality and extremely friendly ‘B’n’B’.

The intimate size of the property, the high quality furnishings in the room, the friendly and welcoming staff and the location close to the tram.

It’s hard to say. I think the location, so close to a busy residential area and overlooked. However this was the smallest of distractions from what was a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful, welcoming owner and host who caters to his guests needs and speaks four languages.

A quiet oasis in the craziness of the city, Florence Comfort B&B is a completely renovated home within a walled garden and parking area. The room interiors are new, very comfortable, beautifully and tastefully decorated with every guest need in mind. The bathrooms have state of the art fixtures and fabulous showers with non-slip floors. The towels are the best we've ever used. An Italian breakfast is set up for guests across the street at a bakery-coffee bar. We really enjoyed the Pizzaman restaurant next-door for dinners. Great meals, wine and fun staff!

There is an electric kettle in the room to make tea with black tea. Instead, an assortment of herbal tea for evening, with some back or green tea choices would be great, or bring your own teas knowing there is a kettle.

Everything was great, especially the hospitality of Mattia. He was always there for everything we needed. The room was great: clean and with a big bathroom. The location was extremely convenient. Few steps from the tram station and well placed to begin excursions to Siena, Bologna, Pisa or Tuscany villages.

Lovely trip to Florence

The Jacussi and the balcony were the highlights. Mattias is the best host ever. We had a great time staying at this B&B

The location was a bit far from the center, but still if you like to walk is just 25 minutes. Good connection from buses and trains, so it wasnt that bad.

The location is great, it’s located directly in front of the tram that takes us to the city in about 10 min (1,5€ per adult) The room was clean, Mattia and his staff are all very nice persons, eager to make our stay a good one ! :) There was an A/C, towels, hair dryer, a nice shower, basically everything you need !!

For practical issues (notably food waste), the breakfast is now in a bakery that is also right next to the B&B. We have cards that have 8€ to spend per day in that bakery (which is a lot of money). We just weren’t particularly satisfied with what was offered in the bakery, it’s mostly sweet stuff (croissants and other baked goods) that aren’t very tasty and the staff is not very patient with non-regulars.

The private parking was amazing, the owner and his mother were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, and the options for discounts at amazing restaurants owned by and affiliated with the owner were incredible. The room itself was also great with a balcony and air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. Great value for money and we’re very happy with the whole experience.

Nice B&B outside the city center

Good location for exploring Florence if you don't want to be right in the center. The room was nice, tidy and clean. The host was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast is not exactly breakfast, but a coupon for 1-2 small sandwiches and coffee. Parking is great, but charged extra. If the B&B also has to pay it to a third party - I understand why they charge it, but if they don't...

This was overall the best B&B property we stayed in Italy.

The staff are kind and efficient. There is a nice little garden, the room was clean and big and with a balcony.

Amazing stay, couldn’t of asked for more.

The hotel was so homely and clean. Such a great location, only a 2 min walk to the tram station then 10/15 min tram to the centre. Mattia could not do more for us, so friendly and approachable. He even gave us a lovely post card and free bottle of fragola liquor as he seen me admiring the bottles. It was amazing I bought another one on check out. The property is behind a secure gate and the door to property is also secure. Will definitely be back if we come to Florence again.
