Location was great, easy to access tram station and go to the city for adventures. It was the perfect combination of city accessibility and remoteness, which is a factor in getting the rest needed, unlike in the center where there is a lot of noise. Staff was very helpful and quick to providing solutions and answers to our questions.
Upon arrival the room was not air conditioned at all, therefore we had to wait some time before it got better. Shower drain was clogging during our last stay days. Maybe some extra hygiene products would have been better.

Very clean property with a welcoming and helpful staff. The room was spacious, and the location is convenient, right by a tram station. Although the reception is not open 24/7, Valeria is easily reachable via WhatsApp at any time.
The shower water temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Super welcoming and spotlessly clean, with everything you need to feel at home. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, check-in was easy, and communication was quick. The location was excellent for getting around and reaching the main attractions.
Honestly, nothing: everything was perfect and in line with expectations. If I really had to point out one flaw, it was that the stay was too short!
