We spent two nights in this hotel and I don’t think that it’s worth the price.

Good quiet hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast is also good.

I cannot say that I liked the room design. Environment feels outdated as a bathroom furniture as well.

Fair experience. Room facilities to be improved.

The location. Very close to the city center yet outside of the ZTL. Very easy to reach the center by foot.

Room facilities.Toilet was not Flushing properly and hairdryer didn’t work. Empty shower gel bottle: not the most pleasurable experience to find this out at night just whilst having shower after a long and tiring day.

Great stay, would stay again if the price was right.

Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Staff were happy to help if you had any unique requests if possible. I was surprised at how big the room was, me and the kids loved it. Especially the huge bath!

The hotel was built in the art gallery style. The hotel is located 30-35 min by walk from the Train station. The room is big. Room is separated by zones. Comfortable bed with incorporated bar counter, area with closet in which incorporated fridge and safe, huge bathroom with window-wall. Breakfast was well served with standard hotel dishes. The city center is 25-35 min by walk from the hotel. Supermarket is located 5 min from the hotel.

it was clean and the bed was comfortable

the shower was the worst I have ever experienced. not worth $300 a night. the bathroom was terrible and the lighting in the room ridiculous. while one of the front desk staff was nice the rest were snobby

The breakfast was really good. I loved the shower and bathroom colors. It is also close to the shops. In walking distance.

The hallways and doors are creepy looking. While the hotel is nice, it could use some upgrades. The bed was a little hard.

Staff friendly and the room was very clean. The ability to sit in comfort outside was a bonus. The hotel is in a quiet upmarket area outside the busy centre and in walking distance from all the main attractions.

The hotel was a little further from the centre than anticipated but the walk into the city was a lovely walk.

High price for a very low quality

Breakfast: very poor and a budget breakfast. the quality of the food is not for sure the best one; I’d appreciate more attention for BIO/Organic food (in a Four Stars Hotel it has not ti be that yogurt is in a plastic bin instead of a glass one). No fresh orange juice to find. Lobby: very uncomfortable and crowded. there’s no comfortable place for reading a book or newspaper. too loud!!! Check-In: after 2 pm but if you arrive before that time there’s no possibility to have a snack, toast or something like that Room: large but a revamping action is needed bathroom: too much plastic again, it is really not necessary to have so much plastic. a single dispenser for soap it’s enough. you can have perhaps also one for body cream. in the shower you need two dispensers one for shower gel and one for shampoo. all other courtesy thing you can ask at the reception desk. WC was broken and I forgot to tell at the reception (sorry about that)

The worst 4 star hotel in my life.

Breakfast was good.

The rooms are very old and in need of refurbishment. The tile in the shower falls off and if you don't notice and step on it, you can cut yourself. The rooms are cleaned very badly. Bed and towels are not changed, empty dishes and coffee cups are not thrown away. Dirty place.
