It was alright.

Room lighting was poor. Breakfast was good. I made a mistake in booking NH Firenze because I thought I was booking NH Collection located nearer the Duomo. But we quickly adjusted.

A brilliant hotel, great breakfast and beautiful views for the roof terrace

The breakfast was amazing and so was the roof top pool

The pool was meant to open at 10am, we went up with 3 eager children at 10am but the pool cleaner was still in the pool and no deck chairs were out until 10.40. Just a little frustrating as we had quite a tight schedule.

One night there was a fire siren and everyone had to evacuate. It took a long time for someone to come to turn off the alarm. No one on staff knew how to handle that situation.

Expensive, dirty, bad value for money

Hotel common areas were dirty. Room was dirty. Matress was very uncomfortable. I had to park at another location because they couldn't get my car throught the hotel valee at 6 am, said too early.

Great staff, but disappointed with the loud music that could be heard up until 2am

Lovely stay but let down by the hard mattress no outdoor cushions on the terrace or by the pool area and having no bar t

Quiet location having a swimming pool after a long hot day and size of the ROOM

We didn’t like the fact that the room we booked, which was a junior suite did not have the Terrace that we thought we were going to get. ( so much small and nothing like advertised. No outdoor cushions on the terrace or on the pool side seating area . The bar was not open until 4 pm, but we did not see the bar open at any time Even when we returned back to our room after 9 pm in the evening. The bar should have been opened through the day, so at least you could get water or a nice cold drink or even a coffee or tea.

I won't be booking this hotel again

The hotel failed to respond to communications via this app, causing an issue with a booking change, also the room was supposed to be available at 15;00hrs and was not ready for an hour, and when the room was allocated I entered and someone was still in it, she said I was the second person to walk in on her in the past 30 minutes, absolute shambles

Amazing stay

Everything, the room was lovely and the staff were amazing. The roof top pool was the cherry on the cake. It was our 25th wedding anniversary whilst at the hotel, that staff could not have been more helpful, especially Claudia and Alice in making it special.

It’s a lovely walk along the river to get to the centre of Firenze

The road outside was a bit noisy especially and so the terrace wasn’t as beneficial as I hoped

Don’t stay at fully occupied hotel.

Access from airport is good. Clean and tidy. They have bath tub with hot water. Breakfast is good and enough. Staff is so kind.

Large group tour occupied areas and staff were too busy to take care of them. PC at reception didn’t work and I couldn’t get receipt. Roof top bar wasn’t open.
