Excellent place to stay in Firenze - short 15 min walk to the historic center

Excellent stay - Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was beautiful, well-appointed, and clean.

Comfortable quiet apartments with some modifications in service needed

Clean and modern with lots of room. Managed to easily manoeuvre a wheelchair in the rooms when I had to use one. Helpful with advice on hospitals when I fractured my ankle and made initial contact for us.

Heating in one of the rooms was not effective. We had to ask a few times for them to look at it before maintenance came and tried to increase the heat. The towel rails were not heating. The maintenance man told us we had to request them to be switched in via reception. Not enough cooking notifications that we had to do this. Not enough cooking utensils or crockery for a room that is potentially for 4 people eg only 2 mugs. Spread across 3 buildings which is okay until you need to use crutches or a wheelchair. Could have offered to move us to the main building as accident happened on 1st day of holiday.

The property was tastefully decorated with modern amenities that catered to all our needs. The bed was really comfortable which was a blessing for someone like me who suffers from chronic fatigue. It was a superb place to stay.

Lovely and extremely clean apartment- would stay again!

Taken to my apartment on arrival and provided with two key card. Questions quickly answered in a friendly fashion. Little additions in the apartment on my arrival were a lovely introductory to this hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Well appointed room - up there with the best!

Furnished to a high standard. Everything in the room was perfect - down to the last details. Right up there with five star hotels. 24/7 reception super helpful.

We were only there for two nights! (Wish it was a week!)

If I get to come come back to Florence this place will be my first pick.

The apartment hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and is also just a short walk to many key places in city. Even if you have to take a taxi to some places ( like us, because my mom has knee issues), it wouldn’t be expensive. We were taken care of the moment we stepped out of our taxi up to the moment we left again. Everyone there were lovely and very accomodating. The reception area’s lounge is beautifully designed and inviting and apartment we stayed at was very relaxing.

The property was amazingly finished, you can really tell the staff and the management really put attention into details. All the utilities were there and cleverly placed. I actually missboked my time but the hotel staff were kind enough to change the date for me

I can't score less than 10 really, it was absolutely lovely. I was hesitant to book to start with due to the low amount of reviews, only maybe 10 people at the time left a review but I was really surprised with how lovely our room was.Very well designed and decorated, spacious, good view, GHD hairdryer!!!( That's huge bonus!) Apartment has everything you need.Staff in reception where very helpful etc... Highly recommend!👏👏👏

Absolutely magnificent.

It’s a brand new hotel, you rent studios with complete kitchenette and a small living area, the room had 2 TVs! Its is absolutely spotless! And the location is wonderful, outside the hustle and bustle of the city center which I prefer very much. With a single bus ride you can be right and the Duomo. The quality of everything in the room was great too. People at the Reception is very kind and caring, they will provide assistance in anyway they can.

absolute Spitze, großes Zimmer, alles top neu. Mit Alexa-Ausstattung, zwei TV, Küche, Super Service und das alles noch bezahlbar. Würde ich jedem empfehlen, der Florenz besucht.

Durante il nostro soggiorno, la terza notte in particolare siamo stati disturbati all 01:00 di notte dalla reception poiché dicevano di aver ricevuto sentito lamentele da parte dei vicini, premetto che eravamo al secondo piano e stavamo dormendo a quell ora, ma anche noi sentivamo quei rumori. Il giorno successivo siamo stati chiamati due volete per il medesimo problema pur essendo io e mio mogie sul letto e non poggiavamo nemmeno i piedi per terra, dunque questo ha penalizzato molto il mio soggiorno , e ha reso quest’ultimo molto stressante, per non parlare dei problemi di comunicazione tra lo staff che palesemente possedeva membri principianti alla prime armi non in grado di effettuare una transazione pos.

Geräumige, nagelneue Einrichtung mit viel Stil und Detials. Sehr freundlicher Service. Alle Annehmlichkeiten, geräumiges Bad und eine Küche, in der man mühelos kochen kann.

Ich persönlich hätte mir täglich ein paar mehr Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine gewünscht. Sonst war alles wunderbar

Отличное расположение во Флоренции! Везде можно дойти пешком, набережная в двух шагах, следую по которой а сторону центра любуешься видом, можешь зайти перекусить, кафе и рестораны на каждом шагу. Апартаменты очень новые, всё было в идеальном состоянии, будто я жила там первая, идеально чисто, уютно, красиво. Номер очень просторный, есть зона и спальни, и гостиной с кухней. Персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый.

Вид был частично на стройку, что сначала расстроило. Но с закрытыми окнами шума не было слышно, звукоизоляция хорошая. Но вид немного расстроил. Частично было видно красивый город. Так как я много гуляла и почти не сидела дома, снижать за это баллы не стала.
