The apartment was really spacious. It was clean and very comfortable and well equipped. It definitely felt luxurious with fluffy towels and lovely bed linen.
The room service was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and it’s in a convenient location with a tram stop 5 minutes away. Would love to stay again and highly recommended- thank you so much

Right from the moment you get there they help you with your luggage. Always a smile on their face and greeted for the day when you go out by staff. Shout out to Francesco, he was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. We were able to check in early luckily, which helped us cool down in this summer heatwave before we were out to explore what Florence has to offer.
This place is a hidden little gem located in a quiet neighbourhood of other hotels and is not too far from city centre - can get there in approx 15-20 min walk and maybe approx 10-12 min walk to the Firenze Train Station, however staff can help you call a taxi at anytime.
Good value for money and they have everything you honestly need during your stay.
Can’t wait to be back next time. Great customer service! This place honestly exceeded our expectations nothing compared to the photos… it’s better. ☺️
My only complaint would be the washing machine facility - there is only long wash cycle on the machines nothing shorter than 2 hours but maybe that’s an Italian norm.
