Breakfast - very bland, not specially tasteful, just plain Room - Door did not seal very good. There was constant draft and noise in the room (705) Gym - not even basic tools

Modern comfortable hotel located close to the opera and one tramride from the centre.

We booked this hotel for a night at the opera and that was only a five-minute walk away. The walk to the centre of town is longer, but there is a tram almost directly from the hotel to the main railway station.

The breakfast was ok by Italian standards but nothing to write home about.

Excellent Hotel and location

The location was quite central to walking distanxe to all attractions. Tram statiin is literally outside the hotel.

Could do better with restaurant and breakfast variety. Restaurant should be very busy in the evening but it is not. High prices maybe??

Very Disappointing Stay — Not Worth the Price

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was far below expectations, especially considering the price. The cleanliness was the worst we’ve ever experienced — there were spiders, spider webs all over the wall corners, and even insects and butterflies inside the room. When we complained, the staff showed us another room, but sadly, it also had the same issue with spiders and butterflies. The breakfast was below average and definitely not at the level you’d expect from a hotel in this price range. After reporting the situation, the only compensation we received was a 10% discount at the restaurant — which didn’t make up for the uncomfortable experience. Overall, we were very unhappy with our stay and wouldn’t recommend this property unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness and overall service quality.

Good location!

Good location very close to the tram station, a little out of the city centre. Our room was fairly big and had everything we needed.

Our room was noisy as it was located close to the conference area, lots of moving of furniture early morning and late at night.

Convenient, affordable, and welcoming exactly what I needed

I really liked that the hotel was budget-friendly and in a great location. It was close to the bus stop and within walking distance of all the restaurants, which made things very convenient. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

Nice comfortable stay

Nice hotel, lobby, facilities. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with eggs, fruit, pastries, etc. Location is in a quiet area, with easy access to the hop on hop off bus just outside and some attractions. Santa Maria Novella translation is about a 10-15 mi walk. Some restaurants in the area but not too many options. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast items could be replenished quicker, including the self serve Coffee station. Room advertised in the picture was not the same. We were charged an additional fee that reception could not explain so caused some confusion.

Beautiful hotel, 25 minute walk/10 minutes cab ride to Dumo and other areas. Restaurant fabulous.

This hotel is very well kept, convenient to the tram and buses. However, it is a good 15 to 20 minute walk down to any of the areas of Florence where the exhibits and restaurants are. Location was good if you didn’t need to go down there, but I had to take a taxi every time and it got quite costly. Food was excellent in the restaurant and staff was extremely helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable.

Great hotel amazing staff - upgrade to a Suite

The staff were amazing, great selection of food and drinks. A great breakfast also.

It was comfortable, clean, warm and within walking distance to many places to visit. Many items that could be needed were available in the room. Breakfast was also satisfying for me.

I found the lighting in the room a bit dim; I had to leave the toilet light on to illuminate the room.

Can be slighty dark but maybe the weather plays do that. Our smart key had issues which was annoying but the staff were helpful about it. Also some beer on tap would be nice, the bar is otherwise very nice

A modern hotel

The hotel staff did everything they could to help us. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the bus and tram station. Which makes it easier to get around the city? There is a coffee set in the room. The breakfast is good. after an in-depth discussion we allowed to park in the hotel's parking lot, we thank the hotel staff

For those arriving at the hotel with a car. the hotel does not have enough parking spaces, they offered us a parking space that is between five and ten minutes' walk away. After nine o'clock at night we did not feel safe walking around the hotel area daily parking cost 25 euros . The breakfast served on the minus one floor.
