Cama confortável e quarto amplo e limpo. O anfitrião é muito atencioso e a forma de check-in é fácil e eficiente.
O box do banheiro é apertado. Café da manhã é um voucher com direito a um café/capuccino e um croissant ou similar em um bar próximo ao hotel. Não que seja ruim, mas é apenas isso. Achei o local mais afastado da maioria dos pontos de interesse da cidade.

Great location! Within walking distance of Santa Maria Novella station (about 15-20 minutes) and close to all the main sights. Everything was spotless and the room was very stylish. Check-in was super easy thanks to the host's clear instructions. Excellent value for money. 10/10!

Breakfast, they gave us a coupon to go to the local restaurant. We arrived quite late but the person was avaible to check us in (but never met them in person)!! Close to train station (15 min walk). Close to major parts to visit (20 min walk).
The room was a bit small. Noise carries into other rooms (got to be quite). Must carry luggage up a high staircase. Never met the person in charge in person (but was surprisingly efficient). Place in shadier part of town.
