A good hotel with excellent breakfast

The room was a bit smaller and so was the toilet. The breakfast was excellent with very good variety. The location is good with very quiet neighborhood. The main tourist attractions such as Duomo, Uffizi Gallery are just around 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Overall abeautiful and restful stay.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a bit pricey but if you can afford to stay hear by all means do it. The hotel is located in a quiet area and near the American consulate which gives you a sense of extra security. Its an easy walk to all the important sites in Florence. Breakfast is amazing. It has any and everything you could want. The room was a nice size on the first floor, street side, but with double windows you couldn't hear anything from the street. This is what five stars should be.

Stunning decor, attentive staff, quiet location

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with wonderful, attentive staff. Claudio, at the bar, was especially friendly!! Cool A/C was a welcome respite from very hot August days. The hotel felt like it was in a quieter area but was still a relatively short walk to the train station (10-15 min) and 15-20 min from the major attractions.

The hotel had a really warm vibe, super bright spaces, and great food. Breakfast was amazing—with lots of delicious sweet and savoury options. I also used the meeting room and got solid technical support. Loved the room too—especially the cheerful colors in the decor.

The Perfect Home Away from Home in Firenze!

The hotel was conveniently located, walking distance to all the hot spots. Though, it rained whilst I was there, I was very happy that the bus stop was right in front of the hotel! The staff were all amazing from the bell staff, to reception, to the restaurant and bar attendants, truly everyone. A special mention to Beatrice, Reservations Supervisor, for the extra attention and care for my stay. I even left my blazer in my room and she has been so helpful! Also, General Manager, Marco, grazie mille for everything. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were beyond exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making every moment of our stay unforgettable. They offered fantastic recommendations, helped with reservations, and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and full of character, blending classic Florentine charm with modern comfort. And the service? Flawless from start to finish. If you're looking for elegance, comfort, and top-tier hospitality in the very center of Florence—this is the place. Highly, highly recommended! The breakfast at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of high-quality options, both sweet and savory, including fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, eggs, cheeses, and local specialties. Everything was beautifully presented and constantly replenished. The coffee was excellent—better than in most cafés! I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm, attentive service from the staff. Starting the day with such a delicious and well-organized breakfast made a real difference to my stay. Couldn’t figure out air so we just opened window and it was fine. But to be fair I did not ask for help with that. I’m sure the front staff would of helped, they helped with everything else and were very nice,

L'hotel è nuovissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. La posizione è comodissima, vicinissimo al centro ma in una zona tranquilla. La camera spaziosa e pulitissima, il letto comodissimo.

Une déception hôtelière

L’emplacement, la proximité avec la vieille ville, le calme. Le personnel de ménage très gentil.

Accueil minimaliste, aucune information. Pas adapté au personne avec handicap. Ascenseur minuscule. Personnel très stressé. Literie correcte mais sans plus. Petit déjeuné simpliste, beaucoup de choix dans le salé( jambon saucisse, bacon…) mais seulement 2 fruits différents (pruneaux et melon). Pas très sérieux lorsque la machine à café est en panne et que les gens attendent 30mn que le personnel vienne remettre du lait ou du café. Jus de fruit industriel sort direct des berlingots. Cet établissement est noté 5* mais hormis l’emplacement il ne les mérite pas du tout. Il a fallu attendre le dernier jour pour que l’on se rende compte qu’il existait un accès plus rapide et facile à notre chambre plutôt que d’attendre sur un ascenseur ou l’on ne leur mettre que 2 personnes… Graves lacunes pour un Hilton.

6 stars Hotel - best choice in Florence

I travel a lot for work and this is definitely the best hotel I have stayed in. The service is extraordinary, the staff is very kind and available for any request. The rooms are clean, very quiet and comfortable beyond all expectations, and also really well-finished. The location is convenient for reaching every point of the city, just a stone's throw away there are high-level clubs and restaurants with typical Tuscan products. Viaggio molto per lavoro e questo è sicuramente il miglior Hotel in cui ho soggiornato. Il servizio è straordinario, personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Camere pulite, silenziosissime e confortevoli oltre ogni aspettativa, peraltro davvero curate in ogni rifinitura. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere ogni punto della città, a due passi ci sono locali e ristoranti di livello con prodotti tipici toscani.

Angolo di paradiso nella splendida Firenze

Hotel situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, pulita e ordinata; dall'ingresso nella lobby percepisci che è stato ristrutturato recentemente, colpisce il gusto e lo stile. Vieni accolto dal personale gentile e professionale che ti fa sentire a casa. La camera spaziosa, pulitissima e dai letti comodissimi, degna di nota la doccia. La colazione per tutti i palati, dalle ottime torte, alla frutta fresca, agli affettati e formaggi di qualità e all'angolo del salato. Abbiamo consumato l'aperitivo nel patio con musica dal vivo. Tutto perfetto, ritornerò sicuramente...

Anglo American una nuova sorpresa

Albergo storico ma con design moderno e curato. Ottima zona centrale e molto tranquilla. Lo staff mi è molto piaciuto, attenti, cortesi e professionali. Accogliente il bar dove ho mangiato un ottimo club sandwich con birretta artigianale suggerita da Francesca. La sera non mi sono fatto mancare un Negroni, aperitivo ben miscelato ed equilibrato con deliziosi stuzzichini, gustato nella preziosa corte all’aperto. Forse la stanchezza oppure il cocktail, ma ho deciso di restare a cena al ristorante, una scelta azzeccata. Il ristorante ha un ottimo menù, lo Chef Giuseppe mi ha suggerito i Sedanini alla Nerano (fantastici) ed un piatto equilibrato Sexy Garden, per stare leggero, una quiche alle verdure davvero sfiziosa. 1、我们预定的普通的双人房，给我们安排到很压抑的loft，还和我们说是帮我们升级，后在我们要求下改回普通双人房采光好多了；2、办理入住时，因我们预定了3晚行程变化想改2晚，少住一晚，工作人员说帮我们问下她的主管，后我们入住取行李时是另一个工作人员直接说不行，并没有帮助我们咨询解决这个问题；3、房间很小；4、晚上下面的bar有点吵，经常听到嬉笑声

المكان جديد و نظيف تماما.. الموظفون متعاونون للغاية؛ حصل اني حجزت جناح ديلوكس و هو اكبر الأجنحة في الفندق و بعد الوصول اتضح انه دورين و ضيق جدا.. عرضوا علي جناح بريميوم و لانه مطل على منطقة عمل و ازعاج اعطوني(مجانا) مع الجناح غرفة هادئة استخدمها فقط للنوم. الاسرة مريحة جدا

الفطور محدود، المكان بعيد عن وسط المدينه التاريخي، قرابة 17 دقيقة سيرا على الاقدام، و في حال استخدام التاكسي 15 دقيقة للوصول الى المدينة التاريخية( وسط البلد)
