Mark was the best. Great customer service. He was pkeasant and attentive.
The owner over reacted when I questioned the city tax because I was confused with those taxes. It is my first time I Italy and I understood that I had paid that. He does not know how to treat customers. Very disrespectful, especially to a woman. I will never return.

Location was handy. Supermarket behind the apartment was very handy.
Apartment was clean.
The apartment has 2 double beds, buit 1 bathroom off 1 of the bedrooms, so 1 couple had to go through the others bedroom to use the facilities.
Not really suitable for 2 couples, I probably should have read the finer print. Very basic tea & coffee making facilities.
