Good value accommodation in a great area, with a perfect host.,

Luigi was a great host. Really helpful. I was able to check in early, leave luggage for a few hours on my date of departure. His food and attraction recommendations were spot on. Glad I followed them. Local area had lots to offer and easy walk into main tourist area.

My room was on a street with constant traffic. Double glazing helped though and it didn’t disturb my sleep

Location was handy. Supermarket behind the apartment was very handy. Apartment was clean.

The apartment has 2 double beds, buit 1 bathroom off 1 of the bedrooms, so 1 couple had to go through the others bedroom to use the facilities. Not really suitable for 2 couples, I probably should have read the finer print. Very basic tea & coffee making facilities.

Excellent and charming.clean and comfortable

Great place on the other side of the river but close to town. E-bike ride is about 10 minutes, walk is about 30 minutes. Clean and charming. The owner is fantastic and the communication was terrific. Little supermarket behind the building-very convenient and excellent coffee shop on the corner. Will stay again if we come back to Florence.

Extremely good value for money, but don’t overestimate what a €50/night room is actually like!

For the price, it couldn’t be better. I was visiting Florence for only a couple of days as a solo traveller. This was by far the cheapest option, and it is still *really* good You get what you pay for, but I do think is about as good as it gets for a single room that was only €100 for two nights

The external bathroom is annoying (but not the worst, it’s still private after all). The location isn’t amazing - it’s relatively close to the main sights of Florence, but the neighbourhood feels quite run down and not that safe. There’s not much to do less than a 20 minute walk from the place

The location was wonderful. It was close to everything and the area felt safe. The owner was welcoming & helpful. Rooms serviced daily. Breakfast was included in the room price from an authentic Cafe around the corner and was delicious.

The gentleman who greeted me was very lovely and friendly and gave me a map and lots of tips of restaurants and things to do in Florence. The property did give me slight hostel vibes with the set up, but there’s nothing wrong with that as I had my own room and bathroom.

I loved the very good location and such a lovely host!! recommended restaurants and helped with booking taxis, the room was also very well kept and clean.

only thing I can think of is the shower head breaking so easily but it was fixed the same day so no issue.

The overall vibe of the place was amazing, and Luigi, the host is super helpful and gave me a lot of tips about navigating the city and dining places.

The location is close by to most things, but you’d have to walk or get a bus.

Luigi went above and beyond to make our family’s stay in Florence amazing!

Luigi was very attentive to our needs. The power flashed off once due to construction work outside which caused a problem with the Wi-Fi. We messaged him just so he’d know and told him we’d be fine until the next day as it was very late already. He came right to the place to make sure everyone and everything was fine. We saw him each day we stayed here. He is an amazing host.

Great room and host, bit far and not as private

The service and helpfulness was great, all questions answered straight away and very accommodating host. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Location was quite far from the city and hard to find tickets for the bus nearby. Have to leave the room to get to the toilet so a bit of an issue for a private person

The accommodation was amazing, the room had a nice atmosphere. There was no problem with a later check-in. The room had a very comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. There was a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. We also got tickets for a free breakfast at a nearby cafe, the breakfast was delicious. We found blue line parking at a machine for 1 euro per hour (from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. parking was free here). Excellent location near the center of Florence.

At the begining we were under the impression that the locaion is close to the main attraction ,however on day 2, we realized that its not!!! It was very long and tiring walk to the historical center and key attractions! The place needs a bar fridge and a biger bin! We had trouble dealing with our rubish as the rubish bins ouside the room.were also small and usually full. There was no shampoo , just small body washes

Very good value of money with friendly host.

We had an amazing stay at here. The room is very clean, spacious with high celling. The location is good too. Walkable distance to the center with many restaurants around that the locals would go with decent price. Oh! We loved the breakfast, you will get breakfast ticket to eat at the bakery that is close to the B&B, and it’s probably one of our favorite bakery place in Italy. The pastries are fresh, you can choose between one salty sandwich or two sweet ones. We like the design of the place; it’s cool that the room is named in colors. The shower gel they offer was very good too. The host Luigi is very kind and helpful, you can sense he really cares about his guests. He even gave us information about taxi strike before we arrived and instructions about how to get the property. He gave us tips where to eat and visit, all of his recommendations were very very good.

Comfortable but prob a bit overpriced.

The B&B is nice and the staff absolutely lovely. The room is big and clean and despite the heat we slept comfortably as it is an old building and keeps temperature at a very pleasant level (and you have air-con too). The B&B is nicely located near the river, not too central but close to the night-life area. You get breakfast at a close cafe. Wifi works well!

This probably does not apply to B&B in Centro only, as prices in Florence are unreasonable, but I feel the B&B is a bit overpriced. The room is nice but very basic both in furniture and style. The location is good but not too central (and Florence is quite a small town). The booking is min for two nights and you are charged even if you want to leave the bag after check-out (which is at 10am). There is a kettle in the room and a common fridge but nothing more than that (snacks etc). You get some little shower gel and breakfast is included but it's limited to a drink and croissant at a cafe nearby (5 min walking). Which is absolutely fine if the cost for night was lower, but considering what is asked, I find it too expensive. As said, probably not unique to this B&B as it feels like a common trend after the pandemic, but important to flag. You won't get what you would have had for the same price before the pandemic.
