The staff were very respectful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning had been turned on before our arrival, which was greatly appreciated and made the room feel very welcoming after a long trip. Breakfast was included, and the coffee was excellent.
An additional city tax was charged separately. I believe this fee should have been clearly disclosed and included in the total cost when booking the property, rather than being requested afterward.

Close enough to walk to most attractions if you are fit enough
Drain did not work well in our bathroom so shower tray filled and basin slow to empty Bedding was also not all clean - some mouldy spots on sheets.
