Great location, nice breakfast. 2nd floor for the third bed. Aesthetic interiors.
The bathroom is small and the shower has problems. The stairs to the 2nd floor were a bit sketchy.

Close enough to walk to most attractions if you are fit enough
Drain did not work well in our bathroom so shower tray filled and basin slow to empty
Bedding was also not all clean - some mouldy spots on sheets.
