Great hotel , most staff there friendly

We all like breakfast, It has various choices.. the lady who served us was very friendly and helpful!

A little bit sound in the morning, can clearly listens someone talking in the park or moving things in the door side.

Wonderful Stay away from the center

Breakfast was lovely. Breakfast room cozy.

The stairs in the junior suite and apartment are risky for elderly. Even though we are Iin good shape, we found the smooth white stairs without railings not good for older people.

Luxury off the beaten path.

Since the new tram line came in. It takes you to the rail center. The staff is very helpful. It’s a very quiet hotel.

It’s not on the beaten path. But the new tram. Cuts the walk down by half.

Honestly the only tiny thing I would mention is the shower pressure isn’t great, otherwise it’s faultless! And I’d definitely stay there anytime I visit Florence now.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most incredible stay at Riva Lofts. The property is absolutely beautiful – stylish, peaceful, and set right on the banks of the Arno. It feels like a calm oasis away from the busy city, yet still close enough to walk, bike, or take a quick tram ride into the heart of Florence. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden and pool area were stunning, the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with fresh options and the chance to enjoy it outside in the lovely courtyard. We also enjoyed dinner at Riva Kitchens during our stay, and it was truly five-star, the food was excellent, and the staff were so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Riva Lofts is truly a special place, tranquil and stylish, and couldn’t recommend it more highly

A calm oasis close to the city centre

A wonderful location close to the city centre, but away from the hustle and bustle, right on the banks of the Arno. A very comfortable room with everything we needed, and lovely big outdoor area with lots of seating areas and a beautiful pool. Breakfast was also very good, with the option to sit inside or out. The staff were very pleasant and helpful - we had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful four night stay at this great hotel just off the centre of Florence but within easy reach of the centre. Very relaxed with professional, attentive and friendly service by all the staff at the hotel. The garden and pool area is perfect for winding down following the sightseeing of this amazing city. Great breakfast, and I would certainly recommend the restaurant for both a light lunch and an excellent dinner. The river and park walks close by added to our relaxed stay! We are looking forward to visiting again next year, really wonderful hotel!

Wonderful property, staff went beyond to assist us. Breakfast and breakfast staff exceptional, food delicious and lovely selection. Great coffee 😊 Rooms comfortable and spacious. Grounds were beautiful pool very inviting. Thankyou to you all.

The room was really spacious which was really good with us having our young baby. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, as are the staff.

Couldn’t get the AC to turn down cool enough to make the room comfortable at night.

What a find ! Wonderful stay.

Excellent stay at Riva Lofts. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely gardens and pool to relax in. Private garage available if you travel with a car. Close to tram station so was in the heart of the city in a matter of minutes. Room was spacious and clean. The biggest surprise was the excellent restaurant on site and the food was fantastic. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Florence.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. It is located outside the city centre which makes it nice and quiet. There is a tram station close by which takes you to the city centre which is very convenient. The breakfast was very good! The staff was also friendly and welcoming.

Perfect hotel for relaxing with great facilities and staff, in a great location

The location was perfect with the tram just a short walk away for getting into the city. Staff were all really friendly and facilities were great. The room was quiet and comfortable, great nights sleep each evening. Breakfast was good each morning, and the dinner we had at the hotel was wonderful. The swimming pool was bliss on the hotter days, and plenty of outside relaxation space. Massage was very relaxing after a full day walking in the city too!

Stylish interior, quite hard but comfortable bed mattress, pleasant shower, out of hours check-in procedure

- small and uncomfortable sink in the bathroom, poor lighting in the bathroom - lack of kitchenware e.g. kettle, kitchenette space is very small and not very usable - not much car space in front of the property to load and unload - lack of hot food at breakfast
