Great location convenient to go to airport

Refurbished bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Lots of TV channels. And great breakfast. The restaurant for dinner is very convenient. No leaving premises and for a set price depending on how many courses you take. The airport is around €20 away. And you could park in their courtyard. Only 2 streets away is a lovely gelateria.

Disappointing

Location

The door in one of the rooms was broken. Water was going out on the floor all the time. They said one of the clients had broken it. But why they offer this room to the clients. We asked the hotel for a discount for this inconvenience but they refused. It's very disappointing experience. We will never stay or advise this hotel to others.

Esay access to Florence, hotel needs to be refurbished. Lifts are antiquated.

Walking distance to the tram into Florence. Plenty of parking if you have a car and don't want to drive into Florence center.

Rooms are old, and need of repair, blind in our room did not open. Paint is old and damaged. WiFi is bad in the room we were in. Entire hotel and its facilities need an overhaul and to be properly cleaned. Attention to detail is nonexistent.

Shocking Wifi

Shower was good, the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly.

Wifi was shocking. My kids couldn't get Wifi in their room so had to sit in the corridor or go down stairs to the lobby. In my room it kept going on and off so it was very annoying and I had to join my kids in the lobby.

BF is fine, average quality. The lady who was with us, made us coffee and tea is nice, lively, cheerful and helpful. Parking space is sufficient. The location of the hotel is quite good.

The room and facility is very basic. It would be good to have a bit of more space and the glass instead of plastic cup. Anyway, this is understandable during the COVID19 period.

Comfortable bed Spacious room Hot water always available Fine location 6 mins to trumway that took us to the center in 10 mins ride Good breakfast Generous with the towels Cleaning regularly

Tax was not mentioned on booking app it said all tax uncluding in the price yet they asked for 18euros tax additional Room had a door seperator with the next room which will be a problem if we were to have loud next door guests. Balcony was declined and too scary to stand on

Hotel is a good option for one or two nights while visiting Florence.

Safe carpark. Great dinner in restaurant. Helpful staff. Good comunication with old town. Clean rooms.

Hotel rooms need renovation as well as lobby.
