There is a lot of space for improvement

1. Location. 2. A lot of space around the hotel to park if you are traveling by car.

1. The terrible noice that the AC was doing all night long. 2. The room was not very clean. 3. The breakfast was very low quality.

Another lovely stay at the Hotel Mio

My 4th stay at this Hotel, and this speaks for itself. It is a lovely little hotel with friendly staff, pleasant rooms, and a good Breakfast. Situated 5 minutes from the Tram Stop to go to the historic City Centre or the Airport.

I'm British, so I miss having Tea & Coffee making facilities, but there is a Vending Machine.

Exceptional

This is our second time at this hotel, the staff at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, Thank you to the ladies in the kitchen especially Mrs. Lucia, I think that's what I heard her name, because she served us with some delicious cakes made by herself. Florence is an oasis of impressive Art, Culture and History. My advice is that those who want to come to Florence to visit the museums, Brunelleschi's Dome, Palazzo Vechio + Tower, Palazzo Pitti + Boboli Gardens, and others, you can pay your tickets online... and definitely Piazzale Michelangelo where you have a fabulous view of the city.

Awesome stay, wonderful staff. Complete, balanced breakfast. Near airport. I'll definitely would come back. The bed was comfortable, the room for the price was great.

Do not recommend for female solo travlers

Staff were exceptionally kind, all of them nice and ubiased. View from hotel was also great, of the mountains

It was really loud even when I closed the windows and doors, constant stomping from above, the location is super far away from center, there were men who tried to film me from the building in front of me... and tried to follow me. The beds were also painful for someone backpacking and carrying 7kg+ on a trip.
