We are very happy that we chose to stay here for our one night before catching an early morning flight. It is very close to the airport yet super close to catching the tram into Florence to enjoy the day there before spending the last night in Europe. And the staff were so helpful in arranging a taxi for us at 3:30am. Additionally, we thought we left something behind and they kindly checked the room and got back to us right away. They were very nice in expressing sorrow for our loss too. Later we found the item in our luggage, so it wasn't left behind, but their kind interaction sat with us. I will be staying here again if ever in the area.

The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful with advice about transport around Florence. They also let us into our room early knowing we had travelled all day and had a very early start.
Prior communications were also easy between us.
I definitely recommend this hotel. It is near tramlines 1 and 2. 3 stops to the airport also.
Lots of restaurants closeby within 10 minutes walk.
Shower box was abit small.

It was close to the tram and the staff were very friendly
The bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on the floor, could have also done with an upgrade of linen
