Excellent breakfast! Almost German-style, a rarity in Italy! Also, very friendly staff!
The property is in need of renovation - cleaning was good but some things just can't compare to new facilities. But that's part of the value for money.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and pleasant area a short walk from the tramway. Very good restaurant just across the main road. Breakfast included and room was air conditioned and quiet. All round superb value and I would happily stay again on any future visit to Firenze.

Friendly staff and easy access to the public transportation. Only 6 minutes walk to the T2 which goes to airport or city center.
With the price, I am very happy.

It was close to the tram and the staff were very friendly
The bed was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on the floor, could have also done with an upgrade of linen
