The hotel and staff were wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. The area was very sketchy. We left after an hour. Fine for a quick business trip. Not great for young families.

This hotel looks like it may have been built in the 1960s/1970s. The room was not large, but the air conditioning worked fine, and the shower was great (it was July and it was hot in Italy). The dinner menu is short and this was perhaps the worst dinner I have had in Italy. But the breakfast buffet was great. I suppose this is an airport hotel and most guests stay one night, so it is good value for the price.

I booked here because it said it had an airport shuttle. I found out that they consider calling a taxi for you a shuttle. The hotel is much older and in need of repair. There was a leak in front of my door and the carpet was wet. The room had a musty smell, probably from the wet rug. Fortunately we just spent a quick night before an early flight and it was fine for our purpose. However the staff was helpful and polite.

It’s about 21 minutes from the historical center of Florence. Eight minute walk to the talk the tram. The only downside if you are returning late from downtown to the hotel, uber charge around 40-50 euro’s. Tram stop circulating at midnight. Very clean and staff very friendly. The other issue was the restroom. The second toilet is very close to the door.

We had an executive suite to accommodate our family size, parents and two kids, it was very cramped and expensive for the price paid. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations around the area.

This place is NOT as advertised. They have no shuttle services. They are not 6 minutes from Santa Maria Novella. We also booked a classic twin bed room- we were ensured we’d have separate bedding and we did not even upon request. If you’re only looking to be here for its proximity to the airport it’s fine, otherwise everything else about this place is mediocre and a scam at best.

I need a full refund for Florence. The first evening we checked in, the electricity went out for the whole hotel. They said the would have it fixed shortly. We left to eat and returned and still no electricity. No air conditioning, lights or Tv. The elevator was out so we had to climb 5 stories to our room. They said fixed by midnight. Not happening. In the morning we couldn’t shower in the dark . We requested help down 5 flights of stairs with our 8 bags. They never came to help. I’m 74 with a heart attack and 3 stents. My sister in law is 69 and open heart surgery. We carried our bags down 5 flights of stairs. The charged a city tax that they didn’t refund and since they didn’t speak hardly any English, they couldn’t find or help or recommend another hotel. We wasted a full day out of our 2 in Florence because of this mess. I need a full refund for the Florence portion including the city tax. And a large credit for future stays.

A perfectly serviceable hotel by the airport. They did a good job bring the rooms up to date, even though they still need to make some changes like the wardrobes, and perhaps using more timeless colours on the walls. More importantly though, the windows need to be replaced as they allow for quite a bit of noise to come in. Other than that, the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable .

Gil seppe at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast experience! Georgia at breakfast was incredibly friendly, welcoming us with warm smile and great service. She was very attentive. Our stay was overall great, would recommend anyone looking for a 2-3 day stop to explore nearby attractions.
