Good hotel close to the airport.

The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Several very nice restaurants were within walking distance: I Carnivori is recommended for the Florentine steak.

Could hear street noise and neighboring rooms. Airport is close but it’s impossible to walk there and the hotel doesn’t have a shuttle. Early morning taxi is expensive.

Kind and competent reception team made our stay a good one.

Receptionist Franco was welcoming, kind and helpful and made a real difference to the quality of our stay. Room was clean and comfortable.

No English language channels on TV but that’s fairly minor and seems to be the case in all Italian hotels.

Missing item ruined the experience

The staff were helpful in staying late to help me with check in and luggage. Breakfast was charged at extra 15 euros however was not bad, had fresh OJ and omelette.

I left some luggage with hotel front desk before checking in- howeve a newly bought Gucci cardigan was missing / stolen when I returned to hotel for check in! The hotel staff claimed that they didn’t see it but it was the only place that I had left the cardigan in. 😒😟😣🧐 Handheld Shower was also broken 😫

Going with the flow in Florence

It had a bed to sleep in, a shower, and a refrigerator for my medicine. After 2 straight days on an airplane with zero sleep, it met my needs to go comatose for 8 hours and then become human again by cleaning up. The room provided that…Thank You!

Bathroom door was always in the way, the water wand in the shower was frustrating to turn on if your method was “c’mon…I’m not stupid…this can’t be that hard”. Did. Eventually figure it out. The Kleenex container holds maybe 4 tissues on a good day. I use 4 tissues on one good blow! Mattress was pretty soft.

communication and helpfulness of staff. we did have two problems w the room( glass shower door fell off the track and the A/C was very noisy). we were moved to a new room with no fuss. they also had lactose free milk in the breakfast room which made my entire day!

Perfect for my needs.

Easy access to and from the tram from main train station (walkable from tram stop) Just one stop from the airport. So great for early flights. Since I arrived early in the day staff let me store my bag while I took the tram back into Florence for the rest of the day. I got back after dark but the area felt very safe. It’s not a “historical/old” neighborhood but a place where people live in more modern buildings. Room was small but very clean. I was on the top floor and had a nice view. Great breakfast!

Florence is a beautiful city, but beyond the lobby the hotel is not.

Breakfast was acceptable, would have been nice to have an "omelette chef". The juices were very good. The Work table in the lobby was nice except for the noise at times.

WE asked for a handicapped room. I don't know who your architect is, but he/she must be NUTS. You do not make a handicapped bathroom with shiny -slippery floors and glass walls. When you (I) showered the water went everywhere, you also need another safety handle on the glass wall. Also the double glass walls do NOT block the streetlights and sunrise the room was well lit with the lights out -hard to sleep.. Another thing, the hallways held a nasty door all the time. The hotel is a "sick building". And the layout is really weird. it's like a maze.

Rooms big, beds comfy, staff great.

My only complaint is the bathroom. The toilet was too close to the wall with the towel rack installed at head level, if the toilet was just 15cm to the right it would have been perfect. Small fault I just felt cramped was all.

Great stay, much better than expected.

Much better than I was expecting. Well designed room, lovely spacious hot shower, space for luggage. Friendly and comfortable restaurant, breakfast was good. Check in was quick.

Basic but comfortable property reasonably near the airport

- small but comfortable room - good value - 24 hour front desk - simple but colorful decor, not as drab as some budget hotels - reasonably close (5-10 minute walk) to tram station

- bathroom was very small, even by European standards - light switches were a bit confusing - not much in the immediate vicinity, the cafe bar across the street was unfortunately boarded up

Clean. Warm room. Very clean bathroom. Great staff. Very good staff and reception. I loved the restaurant. It was very clean. Tasty food and very welcoming. Don’t search for other hotel if you want stay close to the airport. That’s the best choice. If you have a car or renting a car, pay attention that hotel car parking is not always availabe.

The bed was comfortable and the staff polite and friendly

The room was very small and airless. Terrible street traffic noise. The bathroom was a weird closet with a glass door. The shower head didn’t work. Food was not great and there was nowhere else close by. It’s an airport hotel!

Good budget place to kill some time and get some rest while waiting for a flight from FLR

Location is very near the airport and a cab ride to and from the airport will run about $40 round-trip. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable, and perfect if you're looking to get some rest during a long wait for your next flight from Florence.

The room layout was a little strange. One of the beds blocked the door from opening up completely.
