Shower head and wand didn’t work. No shampoo or body wash in the shower.

Easy check in with attentive staff. English speaking. Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Shampoo, conditioner and shampoo/body wash in the shower. Able to reserve a 4:15 am taxi for the airport the next day without any issues. Would stay herr again!

They had trouble accessing my reservation but the front desk employee, Nina wouldn't quit until she found it. She was extremely busy and still helped everyone with efficiency and a smile!

The room was clean and updated. But it was tiny and had no windows. I felt like I was in a cell block. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was only there for one night before my flight home so it was fine.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. They are advertised as having a restaurant but they don’t. Only vending machines. There is a restaurant across the street which was a little run down looking but had great food and good prices.

There was a used bar of soap in the shower. Disgusting in my opinion. The night staff wasn’t welcoming. Other than that not a bad, close to the airport, hotel.

"How punctual was the airport shuttle?" We were told there was no airport shuttle. I set my alarm to wake up at 7 am. At 4:30 am all the lights went on randomly. I turned them off one at a time. 40 minutes later they all turned on again. I went downstairs and the front desk attendant came upstairs and did something with my room electrical box. He left and 30 minutes later the light went on next to my bed. Then he turned off all the electricity to my room from his computer. I tried to sleep then. Well, at this point I was woken for the day, so upset as I had a 24 hour trip ahead of me. The desk manager applied for a refund for me. I don't think that has happened yet.

Perfect location if needing to be near the airport for an early flight. Front desk attendants were great and assisted with booking early taxi for airport transfer. Unfortunately, our room was next to the elevator and sleeping was difficult due to the noise of people coming in and out of the elevator throughout the night. Simply, request a room away from the elevator.
