The room is very clean and hygienic, and the bed is comfortable too. The location is especially convenient—it’s just a 3-minute walk to the T2 tram stop, making it easy to get to both the airport and the city center. Parking costs €7 per day in the hotel’s own courtyard, which is very safe. There are also many free parking spots nearby; you can find one with a little searching.

The sound insulation in the room is not very good; I can always hear people talking in the next room

I am satisfied with the hotel. However, I would like to inform you of an issue regarding the taxi that was booked for me. The driver stole 50 euros from me. I handed him a 50-euro note, and within less than a second, he claimed that I had given him a 10-euro note—he had clearly switched the bills. Additionally, he charged me 37.2 euros for the airport pickup, even though the hotel informed me that the trip should cost around 20 euros. Please avoid booking this driver for anyone in the future, as his behavior is dishonest. I think it is better for this process to be more professional, for example the hotel can collect the amount in advance and reserve a taxi, so avoid such people bad behavior.

Nice place to stay. Highly recommend it

Balcony. Ice and coffee machines at the reception. You can buy even food and snacks. There is a microwave oven as well downstairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning lady tidied up our room perfectly. The tram line is literally 5 miles away. Really happy with the accommodation. Would come again.

The room felt a bit empty. A small sofa or armchair would be nice. Also no proper wardrobe as well.

American style ... receptionists are very welcoming. Inspiring room balcony. Good breakfast. 4 min walking distance to the tram stop. 2 Tram stops away to the airport. 17 min away to Trains Main station & Florence city center thru the tram. 2 tram stops to a near mall. Many selling points nearby. Quite area.

Shower to be better ... one part not working while the shower handle had no fixed point.

Convenient place to stay

It was nice and close to the airport. Just 4min walk from the tram which goes from the airport (only a few stops).

The out of hours check in process was a bit painful. It’s also quite noisy from the traffic noise as it’s close to a highway.

Friendly staff who could not do enough to help! Great value for money breakfast. Comfortable beds and fab pillows. Sparkling clean. Great location near the tram stop.

The air con was more like a fan and didn't really get the room cool enough but it was OK- we were there during a heat wave!

The mattresses are too soft and one of the plates to enter the room ran out of battery for a moment, if that happens while there is no reception service, a person would not be able to enter

Location is good but not for beds

The location is so good. You can easily access the city centre by train and the train station is 5 mins far away from the hotel.

I really don't understand how it is possible in 21th century but the beds are really bad. We woke up a couple of times in the night because of the bed's squeak.

Location was amazing after a late flight.

There was AC listed in amenities but apparently it wasn’t working in the room or the hotel at all. Wouldn’t be an issue if there were screens on the windows and we could open for air circulation. Tried it one night and we were eaten up by bugs.

Staff very friendly and very polite. I had a situation when I forgot my belongings in the room … stuff immediately reacted and called me , although I left the hotel. I use this opportunity to thank Josef from the reception and to his colleagues. It very nice experience

Superb

The hotel had a very good access to the city and it was easy to reach the city with a tram. checking in to the hotel is very easy. Safe and convenient parking was there at a reasonable price (€5 per day). At the ground floor of the hotel, there is a vending machine that sells you for example coffee for one euro, and it has an acceptable quality. We didn't have breakfast, but it was quite good. Please note that after 11 pm, check-in to the hotel is done automatically with a device.

on the second day, they made our room clean on 3 p.m.

Staff is very friendly and there is some snacks, wine, coffee and microwave foods for sale at the front desk with a reasonable price. Rooms are quite large and comfortable. Hotel is located about 5-8 min from a Tram station that gives access to Florence downtown in about 15-20 min. There are also some restaurants and bistro options nearby.

Upon our arrival at the hotel that we booked at booking.com we find out that they have two buildings: one for covid positive guests and other for non-covid guests. We didn't receive any previous communication that the address of our building was different from that on booking.com. we had to walk another further mile to reach the "correct" location. A total mess.

Pleasant stay near the Tram station, perfect base to explore Firenze and Pisa

This is about B&B Hotel Firenze Nuovo Palazzo di Giustizia... We booked B&B Hotel Firenze Novoli but we were moved due to some technical difficulties. I think it was upgrade for us. It was even closer to the Tram station and a bit away from the 'bad' area (as reported by others). Frankly I did not see anything to worry about in the area. The room had a strange shape, somewhat on a corner area but was big and well equipped. The beds were really good. Breakfast was quite alright, even the cappuccino was good.

The lifts... there are at least three of them. We always had to climb down the stairs. None of them were coming up or stopping to take us down (of course we pressed only the down button :) ). They were always stationed on the lobby so going up was not an issue, but going down with luggage on the steps is no fun. I had to take the stairs and bring the cabin to the 4th floor. Not a big thing, but 'you' asked what I didn't like. Not really a big thing :)

Ok for one night with easy access to the airport

Location wise it was good. 10 minutes walk to the nearest tram stop. Which has a direct tram to florence airport and florence city centre. Airport bybtaxi is less than 10 minutes. As we had an early flivhts to catch. Hotel receiption booked us a taxi for 5am. Arrived on time and took 5 minutes drive to the airport. And cost €20.00

I booked BnB at 101.. when we went to ojr booked hotel it was changed to no 87....on the same road. Not a problem but woukd have been nice to be told. We had to walk with very heavy cases to no 87. And had to make two trips as we had 5 suitcases and hand lugguages for 4 people. No 101 was turned in to covid hotel..
