Cheap but not fancy

Check in sent smoothly. Staff let us keep our car in the parking lot as we explored the city until check in time.

Parking was very limited and not the most intuative to find. Room was small, bed was OK but not great. Breakfast was not included. The whole structure felt out dated, from exterior to finishes in the room it needed some TLC.

It's on a busy road, so a little noisy at night and could hear noise from other rooms. Bathroom was a little small, but manageable. Didn't have much time to use any of the amenities or have breakfast, so can't comment on anything else. Just a place to sleep before catching an early morning flight.

Our stay was pleasant and we would book B&B again.

I loved the cleanliness of the place. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The front desk staff were helpful, especially Christian . He helped us by giving us information in how to best get around. The staff speaks many languages. Another great thing was theit breakfast, for $7.00 you will have a continental breakfast with many options. You wont be disappointed.

The property needs updating in the bathrooms, there’s humidity in the walls and bathroom door. The rooms are not well insulated; he could hear everything from the room next door.

The staff was very friendly. Held our bags for us and had a good selection of snacks and drinks to choose from.

The floor in our room was cracked and broken. The air conditioning was also not the best. The location was further away than i would have liked. We had to figure out the tram system to get to the main area.

One night stay

Modern and smart hotel. Close to the airport - you can get the tram (and tap your card) and then it's a short walk. I (lone female) did it at midnight and it felt fine/safe. I was able to check in late. Clean and comfortable room. Lift up to the rooms.

Would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room. Some noise from other rooms but this didn't go into the night. Seems quite expensive for what it is.

We enjoyed our stay at the B&B Hotel, would recommend it to others, and use it again ourselves.

Location, friendliness and willingness to accommodate our needs on the part of the hotel staff. We did not eat breakfast or use the hotel parking facility although if our stay had been longer. Although small, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Due to the fact that we had to get to the airport early the next day, we went to bed early the night before. Unfortunately, sleeping was difficult because other hotel guests were loud and boisterous, keeping us awake. The noise didn't stop until well after midnight.

Great place to stay, but off city center.

The Hotel Firenze Nuovo Palazzo Di Giustizia is something you just need to experience. Yes, it's a BnB, but.... With a twist! It has a self serving area on ground floor, where you can get cool drinks and even prep food you find there in a fridge in a microwave. So, no need to got to bed without a night cap ;-) Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just ask. The rooms are clean and neat. Uneventful, but serving the purpose. Pets are no issue. My Samoyed was the start at the front desk. They almost forgot to check my credit card over her ;-) The location is about 2 miles from city center. So, you need a car or other means of transportation, if you want to visit Florence center.

Nice stay

Breakfast was good. Great coffee. The bed was very comfortable, bed sheets white as snow. It was very clean. In the breakfast area the cutlery and plates were very clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The location - it is about 500m away from tram 2 station and 8 tram station from the city centre (20 minutes). There was no banner how to get to the hotel. It took us a lot to figure out how to get there.
